The total value of similar nature of work completed during the qualifying period shall be considered. If the final bill of similar nature of work has not been passed, the paid amount including statutory deductions will be considered.
The value of work completed will not include the cost of any materials issued free of cost by the Railway/Department concerned. Price Variation amount, if any, will also be considered towards eligibility.
Separate completed works of minimum required values for each component shall also be considered for fulfillment of technical eligibility criteria.
The required prior work experience for the bidder includes one similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of each component of tender, or two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, or three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of each component of tender.
