The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing specific categories of work(s) during the last 7 years. These categories include: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the categories are similar but based on the advertised value of each component of the tender. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - 30% of the advertised value for three similar works, - 40% of the advertised value for two similar works, - 60% of the advertised value for one similar work. Additionally, for a subcontractor, the requirement is to have completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. The minimum average annual contractual turnover required for the bidder is the advertised value of the tender (V) divided by the number of years prescribed for completion of work (N), which in this case is 48349791.00 / 1 = 48349791.00, or V = 48349791.00, whichever is less.
