This item also includes termination of existing cable to the termination box with copper bus bar of size 75x5mm & 63A 4P MCB as per the directions of the engineer at site.

Supply, fixing, connecting, testing & commissioning of Power Analyzer for monitoring frequency, 27 voltage parameters of 3 phase 433V A/C local supply with output devise and that of DG set with other connected accessories etc., as per the instructions of Engineer in-charge. Supply of earth pit materials and construction of earth pit as per IS 3043:1987 specification. This item also includes of supply and erection of CI pipe of size of 100mm inner diameter, 13mm thickness and 3000mm length. This work also includes of fabrication and fixing of GI strips for earthing connection. Excavated earth pit should be filled by mixture of coke/charcoal, salt and sand up to top. Provision of brick masonry chamber 28 of size 650mmx650mm and depth upto 1000mm including light type CI cover frame and applying 12mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 inside and to all the exposed faces up to 300mm below. Foundation level, curing etc., All required materials for this job such as CI pipe cover with frame, salt, cement sand, charcoal gravel, bricks etc. required bolts, nuts and double washers, number plates or painted plates. Tentative quantity of salt and charcoal shall be of 2.5CMt. The CI pipe should be painted with 2 coats of bitumen paint as per the directions of Rly engineer at site. Note: The work should be strictly done as per IS 3043:1987 specification or latest.
