Others;Providing post construction anti termite treatment by drilling 1/2-inch dia., holes at the edges of wall floor junction and pouring anti termite chemical (Imidacloprid 30.5 SC, 10.5 ml for 5 Litres of water as per IS 16131.) with a hand operated pressure pump until refusal or to a maximum of one later per hole. Holes shall be sealed with cement motor after treatment and providing spraying and injecting termiticides for treating and applying to doors, windows, frames removing, crusting treating in Treatment along outside of foundations (i.e., Soil in contact with external walls around the building and Concrete or Masonry apron around the building), Treatment of soil under floors - Inside Building, Treatment to voids in masonry, Treatment at points of contact of woodwork, Treatment of Wood Work, Treatment of Electrical Fixtures, as directed in IS 6313 Part 3 2013 with preventive chemicals duly taking precautions for health hazards and safety measures for the occupantsincluding all costs, conveyances of all materials and labour charges etc for finished item of work to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The plinth area of the building each floor shall be taken for the purpose of payment.

Others;French polishing to wood works with clear ready mix french polsih of approved brand to give an even shade after thoroughly cleaning and sand papering the surface to remove all dirt and remains , including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work for:-Polishing to wood work - French Polishing to Wood Work

Others;Painting to walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and shade 2 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 912 for Internal walls - Plastic emulsion paint - 2Coats

Others;Providing and applying synthetic plaster putty or equivalent putty of white cement or polymer or cement based such as Birla wall care putty or equivalent of average 1 to 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, Sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying putty paint filler by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2 - 3 hrs for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work for internal walls - :-Internal wall Putty.
