Others;Providing and applying synthetic plaster putty or equivalent putty of white cement or polymer or cement based such as birla wall care putty or equivalent of average 1 to 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, Sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying knifing paste filler by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2 - 3 hrs, sand with 180 and 320 No., emery paper for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work for Internal walls - Internal wall Putty.

Others;Plastering 20 mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16 mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges,sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting Grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., complete for External & Uneven Surfaces of Brick Wall for finished item of work.

Others;Supplying and laying Laminate Wooden Flooring of thickness 8 mm and 53 to 92 mm wide reapers of varying length in tongue and groove shape, the edges of the boards with finger lock groove and the bottom side with air pass groove using good quality multi-layer synthetic flooring product, fused together with a lamination process the core layer with high-density fibreboard (HDF) including preparing the surface with 5 - 7 mm thick POP treatment, supplying 3 mm thick foam sheet and HDPE Plain Black Polythene Sheet, Tarpaulin Grade: GSM 150, Thickness: 100 Microns Sheeting to receive the wooden flooring(TBSC-R.I-65)complete for finished item of work.

Others;Providing post construction anti termite treatment by drilling 1/2-inch dia., holes at the edges of wall floor junction and pouring antitermite chemical (Imidacloprid 30.5 SC, 10.5 ml for 5 Litres of water as per IS 16131.) with a hand operated pressure pump until refusal or to a maximum of one later per hole. Holes shall be sealed with cement motor after treatment and providing spraying and injecting termiticides for treating and applying to doors, windows, frames, removing, crusting treating in Treatment along outside of foundations (i.e., Soil in contact with external walls around the building and Concrete or Masonry apron around the building),Treatment of soil under floors - Inside Building, Treatment to voids in masonry, Treatment at points of contact of woodwork, Treatment of Wood Work, Treatment of Electrical Fixtures, as directed in IS 6313 Part 3 2013 with preventive chemicals duly taking precautions for health hazards and safety measures for the occupants including all costs, conveyances of all materials and labour charges etc for finished item of work to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The plinth area of the building each floor shall be taken for the purpose of payment

Others;Providing 150x10mm thick skirting made of prepressed profiles of wood finish or equivalent material for the wall panelling as per design including material,labour charges etc.,complete for finished item of work.

Others;Providing wall panelling with WPC Charcoal board louvers 12 mm thick of Uniclad or equivalent make and charcoal board design pattern having code MP-7307-7 or equivalent etc., as per approved design. The louvers have to be on 12mm ply sheet with adhesive. The sheet is fixed on base frame made of 50x19mm thick plywood frame @600mm c/c fixed to the walls with nails and fasteners etc., including labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Others;Providing wall panelling with WPC Charcoal board louvers 12 mm thick of Uniclad or equivalent make and charcoal board design pattern having code PMP-7137 etc., or equivalent as per approved design. The louvers have to be on 12mm ply sheet with adhesive. The sheet is fixed on base frame made of 50x38mm thick plywood frame @600mm c/c fixed to the walls with nails and fasteners etc., including labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.
