Civil Work;Supply and fixing of roofing with 0.5mm thick galvanized / pre painted G.I. profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anti capillary grove, including cost and conveyance of all materials, all operational, incidental labour charges, overheads and contractor's profit complete for finished item of work.

Civil Work;Plastering 12mm thick in two coats using screened sand with base coat of 8mm thick in CM(1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM(1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges but including sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on material sand including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves as directed by Engineer -in- charge and cost of over heads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work. (SS 901,903 & 904).

Civil Work;Painting to Old iron works with single coat of ready mixed Synthetic Enamel in all shades Grade - I / Polyurethane full gloss Enamel (IS - 13213) paints having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 30 grams/ Lit of approved brand and shade to give an even shade after thoroughly cleaning and sand papering the surface to remove all dirt and remains , including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. including cost of overheads & contractors profit for finished item of work for:-Painting to Iron work - Synthetic enamel paint to New Iron Work - single coat

Civil Work;Painting to Old walls with 1 coat of acrylic emulsion paint interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 30 grams/ litre of approved brand of Interior Grade- 1 making 2 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete and cost of overheads & contractors profit for finished item of work as per SS 912 for Internal walls - Plastic emulsion paint - 1 Coat

Civil Work;i) Chipping the existing slab and cleaning the surface etc., area preparation complete to receive the below mentioned treatment. ii) Identifying the de-bonded areas of the parapet wall with the slab, dismantling, treating the slab and rebuilding such portions of the parapet wall. iii) Suitable modifications to the Rainwater pipes/ connections and/or providing additional pipes for effectively discharging the rain water to avoid accumulation of water and ponding on the slab. iv) Removing the failed expansion joint and reinstalling suitable expansion joint in the building. v) Carrying out Pressure grouting to fill the inside voids by drilling 14mm dia holes and fixing PVC nozzles with fast setting cement RENDROC PLUG, with 40-psi grout pump (Using cement slurry added with non-shrink grout admixture Cebex100 at 300 mm c/c. vi) Providing and laying chemical water proofing system consisting of polymer modified acrylic base composite coating Brush bond (Two component water proofing coating - Manufactured by FOSROC) in two coats. vii) Excluding Laying Cement, Baby chips & Sand screed (mixed in required proportion) using Integral waterproofing Compound Conplast X 421IC 150ml per bag of cement, with minimum thickness of 30 mm over the slab near drain water collection pipes, and with required thickness covering the undulations on the slab in order to maintain gradient for free flow of rain waters and the surface neatly finished

Civil Work;Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surfaces to required slopes with CM (1:3) prop. using screened sand 20mm thick (average) mixed with water proofing compound manufactured by reputed manufacturers as approved by Engineer-in-charge at 1 Kg per one bag of cement, laid over roof slab when it is green, finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lining at regular intervals of 45cmx45cm including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand), water proofing compound, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental, and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, lift charges, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work.
