Annual Maintenance;Operation and Annual Maintenance to existing Fire Fighting Systems & Fire Alarming System at Administrative Building, Main Building, A Block, B Block, Red Building, New Filing Section etc., in the premises of High Court . 1. The maintenance includes servicing of all the equipments associated with the system. Cost of minor spares ( Not exceeding Rs 2500/) and consumables included in the contract. 2. The cost of major or special repair or overhauling of any equipment such as Fire pump , motor fire alarm panel , batteries and hooters including winding of motor is not covered in the scope of this work. 3. The firm shall provide a minimum of 3 (Three) persons team in 24 hours round the clock spanning over three shifts of 8 hrs duration. With at least one person being available at all times. The staff deployed should have adequate qualification and experience. The firm will also deploy a senior engineer( having sound knowledge of Fire Fighting System), as and when required who will visit the site at least once in a month, to take up periodic maintenance and to ensure that the works are being accomplished as they are required under the condition of contract.
