Repairs to R and B Sub Division Office Building at Alair in Yadadri Bhongir dist internal painting;Supplying and fixing SINGLE shutter door using factory made soild wood polymer composite (WPC) single extruded door frames section of 100*65mmwith encapsulation of 6mm rigid layer on all external surfaces, te door frame will have a rebate of 32mm/37mm. the two vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontalmember using 8x75 mm long MS star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine. the ready/ assembled door frame is fixed to wall using z Hand fast 300mm long hold fasts, 30mm thick wood plastic composite (WPC) Door shutter, comprising of 70% virgin polymer, 15% wood powdre (fiber) and the remaining 15% additives the door shutter shall be water resistant, fire resistant and termite resistant, with tensile Strength not less than 170Kgs/cm2 and the door shutters surface finished deco plint etc., as per drawing inculding cost of stalnless sSteel fixtures such as 1 no tower bolt of 200x10mm dia 1 No Aldro[s -300mm long, 1 No Latche -300mm long, 2 Nos, handles of 150mm size & 1 No heavy duty door stopper, & 1 No rubber bushe inculding fixing the fixtures to door with required no. of screws, bolts and nuts inculding labour charges for fixing the frame in position, fixing the shutter to the frame etc., complete fr finished item of work as per APSS 1001 & 1002 ( Door size:0.9x2.15m)

Repairs to R and B Sub Division Office Building at Alair in Yadadri Bhongir dist internal painting;Painting to new walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved water based Cement Primer of Exterior Grade- 2 making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete and cost of overheads & contractors profit for finished item of work as per SS 912 for external walls for:-Internal walls - Plastic emulsion paint - 2 Coats +1 coat primer.
