Providing RSI;Providing and fixing Village name and Chevoron board size 600x800 mm made out of Type ? XI of ASTMD 4956-09 wide angle cube cornered micro Prismatic Retro reflective sheeting and confirming to IRC 67:2012 for full background of Green Colour & White Letters and fixed over 3MM Alluminium Composite Material sheet having minimum 0.30mm thick Aluminium skin on both sides with back side painted grey colour and fixed over back support frame of M.S angle 25x25x3mm all round and fixing with 35x35x4mm and mounted on a MS angle post of size 75x75x6mm with clear height of not less than 2.1 m from the ground level to the bottom of the board. The signpost should be painted with one coat of red oxide paint and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint Black and White colour with bands of 30cm of height. The signpost shall be firmly fixed with MS base angle 35x35x4 mm in to the ground by M-15 Concrete foundation of size 450x450x600mm including cost and conveyance of all materials ,equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lift, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by Engineer ?in-Charge.

Providing RSI;Providing and fixing Reflective pavement markers(Road studs) made of plastic body moulded from HIPS(Hi-impact polystyrene) or ABS or ASA (Acrylic Strene Acrylonitite) and reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal recflection of the light entering the lens face and conforming the ASTM, BS and complying to guidelines issued by MOST circular no RW/NH-33023/10/97-DO III dt:11-6-1997. The height, width shall not exceed 20mm, 130mm and the area of each retro reflective surface shall not be less than 13Sq.cm and the slope of retro reflective surface shall preferably be 35+/-5 degree to base. Fixing will be without nails and the reflective marker shall be fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedure recommended by the manufacturer and as per para 6.2 of the MOST circular incuding cost and conveyance of all materials, equipement, machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading , unloading charges , site clearance etc., ad complete necessary for successful completion of the work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
