The window sash shall be fitted with 5 mm thick clear float glass of reputed make and mesh shutter frame shall be (42mmx25mm)/(52mmx21.5mm)x2.0mm fitted with Vinyl Coated Fibremesh-onrollers/ pulley duly fixed with Grey colour TPV Gasket for sash & Glazing bead shall be co-extruded with Grey colour soft PVC. System shall have single point locking with Touch Lock and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing/deglazing at site etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation, erection at site complete for finished item of work.-GF

Painting IB;Supply and fixing Aluminium Anodised mesh door with outer frame 63x38x1.5mm , Shutter of size 39 mm x 20 mm x 1.5mm with Stainless steel fly proof mesh including supply and fixing aluminium handles of 100 mm for each shutter, nassembly and all labour charges for fixing the fixtures with required no.of screws, bolts and nuts and including labour charges for fixing the frame in position, fixing shutter to frame etc. completed for finished item of work.-GF

Painting IB;Providing and fixing factory made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded Door Frame section of 100*65 MM with encapsulation of 6 MM rigid layer on all external surfaces. The door frame will have a rebate of 32MM/ 37 MM. The two Vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8x75 MM long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine. The ready/assembled door frame is fixed to wall using Z Hand fast 300 MM long hold fast and including Flush door shutters of 30 mm thick solid bond wood block board type with commercial ply ON BOTH faces conforming to IS:2202 and providing and fixing PVC door cladding to the flush doors shutter it shall be pasted with synthetic glue 1 mm thick including cost of Aluminium fixtures 1 No tower bolt of 250x10mm dia, 1 No. Aldrops - 300 mm long, 1 No. Latch - 300 mm long, 2 Nos. handles of 150 mm size and 3 nos of butt hinges of 125mm including fixing the fixtures to door with required no. of screws, bolts and nuts including labour charges for fixing the frame in position, fixing the shutter to the frame, overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work. Painting IB;Flooring with polished shahabad / Tandur stone slabs of 15mm to 18mm thick 0.457m x 0.304m or any other size as specified set over a base coat of CM (1:8) , 12mm thick using screened sand over already laid CC bed / RCC roof slab including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 Kgs per Sqm and jointed with neat cement to full depth including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand , water, flooring stones etc. complete, all labour charges like dressing of flooring stones to the required size, mixing of cement mortar, laying, lift charges , cost of base coat etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. Painting IB;Painting to new iron works with 2 coats of Synthetic Enamel paints in all shades Grade - I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and shade over 1 coat of Red Oxide Primer Paint for iron works of Grade -1 of approved brand to give an even shade after thoroughly cleaning and sand papering the surface to remove all dirt and remains , including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site including cost of primer coat and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete etc., complete including cost of overheads & contractors profit (APSS No.1200, 1207 & 1211) in all floors.-GF

Painting IB;Painting to new walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved water based Cement Primer of Exterior Grade- 2 making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete and cost of overheads & contractors profit for finished item of work as per SS 912 for external walls for:-External Colouring - Plastic emulsion paint - 3 Coats.-GF

Painting IB;Supply & application of one coat water based cement primer of interior grade I and two coats of acrylic emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre for internal walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete,all taxes except GST for finished item of work in all floors.-GF

Painting IB;Plastering 20mm thick in two coats using screened sand with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, including seignorge charges,sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete all taxes except GST for finished item of work.
