2BHK Infra Structure;Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surfaces to required slopes with CM (1:3) prop. using screened sand 20mm thick (average) mixed with water proofing compound manufactured by reputed manufacturers as approved by Engineer-in-charge at 1 Kg per one bag of cement, laid over roof slab when it is green, finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lining at regular intervals of 45cmx45cm including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water proofing compound, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental, and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, lift charges, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work.
