Civil works;Providing liquid jet spray machine cleaning for footpaths and other such areas, services by deploying required personnel to upkeep the premises to the desired neatness and standard cleanliness, general up-keep including road cleaning and sweeping using Multi-utility Industrial road power sweeper, cleaning of foot paths, parking areas, paved open areas etc., including solid waste management such as removal of garbage, dirt, collecting in Dry and Wet bins, as per need and necessity excluding water and electrical power charges but including fuel and operator wages as per the detailed terms and conditions of the agreement - Cleaning of footpaths and stone paved surfaces (9319.24 sqm x 36 months x Rs.6.90 per sqm/ month = Rs.23,14,899.22/-)
