DG set;Providing independent earthing for Important equipment with 40mm dia 'B' class 2.5m long G.I pipe and 19mm dia 'B' class G.I pipe of 0.3mtr. long connected with reducer providing G.I funnel with mesh enclosed in C.C/ brick massonry chamber of 450m x 450m x 400mm with R.C.C. Slab cover duly providing staggered holes filling with 20Kg Salt and 40Kg Charcoal or 40Kg bentonite powder from the bottom of the pipe giving earth connection from electrode through G.I strip of 40 x 6mm x 200mm length with all accessories and labour charges complete, as per IS specifications 732/1982 (Part II)

DG set;Providing independent earthing by exacavating a pit to a depth of 2.25Mtr in all soils as per size specified in the data for Sophisticated Electronic equipment with 600mm x 600mm x 3.15mm thick copper plate rigidly fixed to 19mm dia 'B' Class G.I Pipe of 2.5Mtr lengthwith funnel as per National Electric Code and earth connection from electrode GI strip of 40mm x 5mm x 200mm length to be bolted with nut bolts to G.I.pipe including 25mm x 3mm copper strip of 6Mtrs length connected from plate to GI strip including filling with 20Kg Salt and 40Kg Charcoal or 40Kg bentonite powder from the bottom of the pipe and providing CC / Brick massonry chamber 450mmX450mmX400mm and covered with R.C.C. Slab including all accessories and labour charges etc complete as per IS specification 732/1982 (Part II).

DG set;Plastering 12mm thick in two coats using screened sand with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental charges on materials, cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, cutting grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., complete for finished item of work.

DG set;Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) nominal mix using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) (consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm, 15% of 13.20/12.50mm, 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate(sand), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, all charges for mixing, laying concrete in position, curing & lift charges etc., complete for Bed Blocks and Hold Fasts for finished item of work.

DG set;Plain Cement Concrete (1:5:10) (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) under foundations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard , machine crushed Granite metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, all charges for mixing, laying concrete in foundations , ramming, finishing top surface to the required level, curing etc., complete for finished item of work.

DG set;Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10 mtr and lift of 2mtr including all operational, incidental,labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking,strutting etc., complete for finished items of work including seignorage charges , excluding dewatering charges in mixture of gravel and soft disintegrated rock like shales, ordinary gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with fair sized boulders etc., complete for finished of item of work

DG set;Supply, Transportation, erection and commissioning (Excluding Foundation) of 3Phase, 415, 50Hz, water cooled multi cylinder diesel generator set with alternator of 58.5 KVA/ 47 KW out put continuous rating directly coupled Engine, Alternator and radiator with guard and mounted on a common base frame of Robust construction and complete with AMF control panel having IP-52 protection, anti vibration mounts of reputed make, Acoustic Enclosure as per CPCB norms IV, sound absorbing material to restrict sound level up to 75 dB up to 1 mtr distance and etc as per the following specifications mentioned. A. Alternator : Kirloskar / Stamford / Crompton Greaves / Leroy Somer make. The alternator of the output rating shall be 3 Phase, 415V, 50Hz, Ac , 0.8 P.F. lagging at 1500 RPM. The alternator is self excited, self regulated, and shall confirm to IS: 13364 of 1992 with regulation of +5% from no load to full load. degree of protections shall be IP21. B.Diesel Engine : Kirloskar / Cummins / Mahindra & Mahindra / Greaves Cotton Diesel Engine start, developing suitable --------------BHP output at 1500 RPM with mechanical / electronic governing so as to enable the alternator to give 58.5-KVA continuous output at 0.8 P.F. lagging at NTP conditions. The diesel engine shall be capable of providing 10% O/L for 1 Hr for every 11 Hrs of continuous running at full load. The engine with 1st filling of oil and Diesel etc. 01.
