Others;Providing and applying synthetic plaster putty or equivalent putty of white cement or polymer or cement based such as birla wall care putty or equivalent of average 1 to 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, Sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying knifing paste filler by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2 - 3 hrs, sand with 180 and 320 No., emery paper for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work for Internal walls - Internal wall Putty.

Others;Plastering 20 mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16 mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges,sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting Grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., complete for External & Uneven Surfaces of Brick Wall for finished item of work.

Others;Brick Masonry work in CM(1:8) prop (Cement : Screened sand) with 2nd Class : Non-modular bricks of size 23x11x7cm from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 3.5N/Sq.mm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 501 & 504).

Others;Supply & applying Melamine Polish Glossy/ Matt finish to the wood works duly cleaning the surface and applying emery paper, Sand the wood with 180 No., emery paper and then with 320 No., emery paper, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying suitable knifing paste filler / wood filler by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2 - 3 hrs, sand with 180 and 320 No., emery paper, apply two component wood sealer, air dry for 24 hrs, Sand with 320 No emery paper, applying one coat of approved spraying thinner (for spraying)/ applying one coat of approved brushing thinner or general purpose thinner (for brushing) and apply (either with spray or brush) two coats of approved brand melamine including cost & labour charges, emery papers, cost of thinner & melamine polish of approved brands such as Jenson & Nicholson, Asian Paints, Berger Paints or equivalent etc., including overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work for:-Polishing to wood work - Melamine Polishing to Wood Work.

Others;Skirting with digital / polished glazed full body porcelain vitrified tiles with any type of design texture such as marble finish, wooden, bamboo, stone finishes etc.,scratch less, stain free and of size 1000 x 1000 mm and Thickness between 12-15 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 - 2017, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs for internal wall to 10 cm height with length equal to flooring stones and matching the flooring joint lines and set over base coat of CM(1:5) 12 mm thick using screened sand with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sqm and jointed neately with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to match the shade of tiles to full depth including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand , water, tiles, white cement etc., to site, cost of base coat and all labour charges for mixing of cement mortar, laying tiles to required slope as directed by the Engineer- in-charge including cost of overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work.(APSS No.701 &707) The skirting should flush online with plastering.

Others;Dismantling of existing old damaged floor tiles and clearing away from site etc., complete

Others;Providing post construction anti termite treatment by drilling 1/2-inch dia., holes at the edges of wall floor junction and pouring antitermite chemical (Imidacloprid 30.5 SC, 10.5 ml for 5 Litres of water as per IS 16131.) with a hand operated pressure pump until refusal or to a maximum of one later per hole. Holes shall be sealed with cement motor after treatment and providing spraying and injecting termiticides for treating and applying to doors, windows, frames, removing, crusting treating in Treatment along outside of foundations (i.e., Soil in contact with external walls around the building and Concrete or Masonry apron around the building),Treatment of soil under floors - Inside Building, Treatment to voids in masonry, Treatment at points of contact of woodwork, Treatment of Wood Work, Treatment of Electrical Fixtures, as directed in IS 6313 Part 3 2013 with preventive chemicals duly taking precautions for health hazards and safety measures for the occupants including all costs, conveyances of all materials and labour charges etc for finished item of work to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The plinth area of the building each floor shall be taken for the purpose of payment

Others;Providing door/window panelling by fixing 12mm thick BWR/BWP grade plywood to the walls with necessary screws,fasteners and fixing of 1mm thick laminate sheet, mat finish of approved design over the plywood with adhesive including labour charges etc complete for finished item of work.

Others;Providing wall panelling with 1mm thick laminate sheet of approved pattern as per approved design. The laminate sheet is pasted on 12mm ply sheet with adhesive. The sheet is fixed on base frame made of 50X38mm thick plywood frame @600 mm c/c fixed to the walls with nails and fasteners etc., including labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Others;Providing wall panelling with Charcoal board louvers 12 mm thick of Uniclad or equivalent make and charcoal board design pattern having code PMP-7137 etc., or equivalent as per approved design. The louvers have to be on 12mm ply sheet with adhesive. The sheet is fixed on base frame made of 50x50x36mm thick plywood frame @600mm c/c fixed to the walls with nails and fasteners etc., including labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.
