The bidder should have successfully completed similar works such as CC Roads/ BT Roads and Storm Water Drains/ Culverts/ Box drains or combined of value not less than Rs. 2251.53 Lakhs as a prime contractor in any one financial year in the last ten financial years. Additionally, the bidder should have executed each of the following physical quantities of items given below in any one financial year during the last ten financial years: - GSB/ Wet Mix macadam or Combined: 19,497.39 Cum - PCC/RCC/VRCC M10 & above or combined: 18,516.83 Cum - DBM/BC or combined: 2,353.36 Cum The bidder should also have key technical personnel with adequate experience, including: - Graduate Engineer (Civil): 5 years, 4 Nos - Diploma Engineer (Civil): 5 years, 2 Nos No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, it is mentioned that if the bidder's offer is less than 25% of the estimated contract value (ECV), they will have to pay an additional security deposit, and if their offer is more than 5% of the ECV is not directly related to similar work experience but to the tender offer.
