(2)Construction of CC road at lower tank bund road in Mandamarri Municipality under DMFT funds.:- Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 MORD / 301 MORTH

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2 MORD / 305 MORTH. RBR-EECD-16

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH.

Manufacture, supply, & delivery of 160mm dia Polyethylene pipes (PE-100 Grade) 8 Kg/cm2 conforming to IS 4984-2016 including transportation, lowering, laying, jointing & testing of HDPE Pipe line laid to true alignment and gradiant to to any where in T.G, but excluding GST and specials etc., complete.

Manufacture, Supply, & Delivery of 160m dia HDPE fittings conforming to IS 4984 - 1995 including transportation to anywhere in T.G. Excluding taxes

Providing Cement Concrete (1:4:8) mix using 40mm size HBG crushed stone aggregate and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2 of MoRT&H including cost, conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, centering, machine mixing, laying, Vibrating, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 1500,1700, 2100 (5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for base coarse below CC Pavement.

RBR-CCPV-5-Construction of M30 grade plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade)@ 400 kg Cement/ Cum, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork ), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation , applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

Vaccum drying of freshly laid cement concrete floor using 100% air tight suction mat of suitable size and length, vaccum pump to maintain vaccum pressure 0.7-0.8 atmospheres as per the standard procedure floating with power floater, mechanical trawelling, finishing with sound edges and corners, including hire and operational charges of machinery, labour, fuel etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work. (As per Quotation)

Curing compound, including Spraying at 0.25 ltr/sqm

Carting of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 5Km from the site to a distance suitable including loading charges, cost & conveyance, dumping, labour charges and other incidental and operational charges etc., complete.
