Civil works;RBR-SBBS-1 A III: Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material / Close graded material confirming to Grading - VI of MoRT&H Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage charges) and conveyance of all materials to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete for finished item of work as per Technical Specification Clause 401 MORD / MORTH and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Civil works;RBR-FNDN-4: Providing concrete for plain concrete in open foundations using 40 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH for finish item of work

Civil works;RBR-CCPV-5-Construction of M30 grade plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement @ 350 kg per cum or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

Civil works;Vaccum dewatering of freshly laid cement concrete floor using 100% air tight suction mat of suitable size and length,vaccum pump to maintain vaccum pressure 0.7-0.8 atmosphere as per the standard procedure,floating with power floater,vibrating using Screed vibrator, mechanical trowelling, finishing with sound edges and corners,including hire and operational charges of machinery, labour,fuel etc,complete for finished item as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Civil works;Saw cut joints for freshly laid concrete pavement including all material and labour charges as per the directions of the Engineer in Charge

Civil works;RBR-EECD-15: Construction of earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from roadway cutting with all leads and lifts including pre-watering of soil, spreading soil, breaking clods, sectioning, grading and consolidation with 8 to 10 Tonnes Vibratory Road Roller @ OMC to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H, including all hire and operational charges of T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 305 (5th revision).

Civil works;Carting of surplus excavated earth /rock/ soil or any debris for a lead of 5kms from the site to suitable place including loading, unloading charges, cost & conveyance, dumping, labour charges, all leads & lifts and other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Civil works;Dewatering pipe line trenches etc, duly bailing out water from the pipe line trenches with oil engine driven pumpsets, including hire charges, fuel charges and wages for Driver and Helper and all other incidental and operational charges including suction and delivery hose, lead of drain in to natural drain etc, complete.
