Laying of CC Roads and construction of CC Drains;RBR-STCL-15 ; Dismantling of existing Cement Concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials seperately including all hire & operational charges of T&P, labour charges, , complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD/MORTH.

Laying of CC Roads and construction of CC Drains;RBR-FNDN-4 C(ii): Providing R.C.C. grade M 20 (Design Mix) concrete using 20 mm Graded Metal (MORD & MORTH 12.8 E), mechanically mixed, placed and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH.

Laying of CC Roads and construction of CC Drains;Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT)/ Mild steel (MS) steel bars (Fe 500/500D/550D grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc., complete for finished item of work ( APSS No.126). for base slab, walls and top slab.

Laying of CC Roads and construction of CC Drains;RBR-FNDN-4- II (iii) : Providing PCC M15 nominal mix using 20 mm size graded HBG crushed metal including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc.,to site, labour charges for mixing, laying concrete,ramming in 15 cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in Charge for walls

Laying of CC Roads and construction of CC Drains;RBR-FNDN-4- II (iii) : Providing PCC M15 nominal mix using 20 mm size graded HBG crushed metal including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc.,to site, labour charges for mixing, laying concrete,ramming in 15 cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in Charge for haunch

Laying of CC Roads and construction of CC Drains;RBR-FNDN-4 I(i) -Providing P.C.C grade M 10, Nominal mix concrete for in open foundations using 40 mm nominal size hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH.

Laying of CC Roads and construction of CC Drains;BLD-CSTN- 2-8 modfied in 2021-22 : Filling with HBG stone chips of 2.36mm and below in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. Laying of CC Roads and construction of CC Drains;RBR-FNDN-1- A(i): Earthwork in excavation in ordinary soil by manual means up to 3 mts depth for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH

Laying of CC Roads and construction of CC Drains;RBR-FNDN-1- B (i): Earthwork excavation in ordinary soil by mechanical means up to 3 mts depth for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH

Laying of CC Roads and construction of CC Drains;Carting of surplus excavated Earth/ Rock within a lead of 5Km from the site to a distance suitable including loading charges, cost & conveyance, dumping, labour charges and other incidental and operational charges etc., complete.

Laying of CC Roads and construction of CC Drains;Vaccum drying of freshly laid cement concrete floor using 100% air tight suction mat of suitable size and length, vaccum pump to maintain vaccum pressure 0.7-0.8 atmospheres as per the standard procedure floating with power floater, mechanical trawelling, finishing with sound edges and corners, including hire and operational charges of machinery, labour, fuel etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work. for CC road

Laying of CC Roads and construction of CC Drains;RBR-CCPV-5: Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

Laying of CC Roads and construction of CC Drains;RBR-EECD-8(c): Earthwork excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to side of embankment upto a lead of 100 metres including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections etc., complete for finished item of work for trench cutting as per MOR&H specification No.301 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge- (Hydraulic Excavator)
