Laying of CC road;BLD-CSTN-2-8 (16) : Filling with 2.36mm and below in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310)

Laying of CC road;RBR-FNDN-1- ( I-A-i ) In ordinary soils, up to 3.00 Mts depth below GL by Manual means: Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soils as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material , dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 305 MoRD / 304 MoRTH and as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas including divertion of traffic and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and disposal of remaining earth upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete by manual means.

Laying of CC road;TBSC-T.I-15 : Saw cut joints for freshly laid concrete pavement including all material and labour charges (1M x 1M)

Laying of CC road;Vaccum drying of freshly laid cement concrete floor using 100% air tight suction mat of suitable size and length, vaccum pump to maintain vaccum pressure 0.7 -0.8 atmospheres as per the standard procedure floating with power floater, mechanical, trawelling, finishing with sound edges and corners, including hire and operational charges of machinery, labour fuel etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer in charge of the work (as per quotation)

Laying of CC road;Construction of plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 21- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

Laying of CC road;RBR-FNDN-4: Providing Plain Cement concrete nominal mix M10 grade using 40mm size Graded Hard Granite Machine Crushed Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate water etc., to site, labour charges for mixing, laying, concrete, ramming in 15 cm layers, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work.

Laying of CC road;RBR-SBBS-1 A III: Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material / Close graded material confirming to Grading - VI of MoRT&H Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage charges) and conveyance of all materials to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete for fineshed item of work as per Technical Specification Clause 401 MORD / MORTH and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. For Grading VI Material

Laying of CC road;RBR-EECD-8(c) : Earthwork excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to side of embankment upto a lead of 100 metres including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections etc., complete for finished item of work for trench cutting as per MOR&H specification No.301 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge- (Hydraulic Excavator)
