KTK CCR 300 L;RBR-CCPV-5-Construction of M30 grade plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork ), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation , applying primer, sealant near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD etc complete for finished item of work.

KTK CCR 300 L;RBR-SBBS-1 A III: Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material / Close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN / Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 MORD / MORTH. For Grading VI Material

KTK CCR 300 L;Providing Plain Cement concrete nominal mix M10 grade using 20mm size Graded Hard Granite Machine Crushed Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate water etc., to site, labour charges for mixing, laying, concrete, ramming in 15 cm layers, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work.

KTK CCR 300 L;Collection, Supply and filling with HBG stone chips 2.36 mm & below from approved quarry to work site and stacking at work site to Dept. gauge for premeasurements including cost and convenyance of all material and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications. Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH.

KTK CCR 300 L;RBR-EECD-5 - Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with initial lift of 3 mts and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 MORD

KTK CCR 300 L;RBR-EECD-8(c) : Earthwork excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means using hydraulic excavator including cutting and pushing the earth to side of embankment upto a lead of 100 metres including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections etc., complete for finished item of work as per MOR&H specification No.301 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
