The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed similar nature of work as a prime contractor in Development / Beautification of Bunds/Cheruvu/River front Development/Promenade Development in any one year during the last Ten financial year’s. The bidder should furnish the availability of key technical personnel with adequate experience, specifically: - Graduate Engineer (Civil): 5 years - Diploma Engineer (Civil): 5 years No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder must provide details of similar works completed in the last ten financial years, including the name of the work, address of the tendering inviting authority, agreement number and date, value of the contract, stipulated period of completion, and actual date of completion. The bidder must also provide details of the value of civil engineering works executed in each year during the last ten financial years, and the value of work done year-wise during the last ten financial years, including the total value of work done. In terms of value, the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in the bidder's name in any one financial year during the last ten financial years is considered, updated to the current price level. The assessed available bid capacity of bidders shall be half of the estimated contract value. The value of liquid assets or credit facilities or solvency certificates required is not less than Rs. 101.87 Lakhs. Tenders with an excess of above 5% of the estimated contract value shall be summarily rejected. For tenders up to 25% less than the estimated contract value of work, no additional security deposit is required. However, for tenders which are less by more than 25% of the estimated Contract Value of work, the difference between the tendered amount and 75% of the estimated contract value shall be paid by the successful tenderer as an additional security to fulfill the contract.
