Baking Unit;b) The outside face of the gutter shall be supported with colour coated 0.5 mm nominal thickness (26 gauge) galvanized straps to the eave member at a maximum spacing of 1.2 m. c) Downspouts shall be rectangular shaped, colour coated 0.5 mm nominal thickness (26 gauges) galvanized steel .Down spouts shall have a 45-degree elbow at the bottom and shall be supported by attachment to the wall covering at 3.0 m maximum spacing. 13) Anchor Bolts: These are to be supplied prior to the delivery of pre-fabricated building.

Baking Unit;7) Sheeting fasteners: Standard fasteners shall be No. 14, Type A, self tapping sheet metal screws with metal and neoprene washers. All screws shall have hexagonal heads and shall be colour coated to match roof and wall sheeting and made of zinc plated steel. 8) Sealer/Rope seal: This is to be applied at all side laps and end laps of roof panels and around self flashing windows. Sealer shall be 6 mm wide x 5 mm thick, asbestos fibre filled, pressure sensitive Butyl tape. The sealer shall be non asphalted, non shrinking non drying and non toxic and shall have superior adhesion to metals, plastics and painted surfaces at temperatures from - 51 deg. `C' to + 104 deg.`C'. 9) Closures/filler strips: Solid or closed cell E.T.P. (Ethylene Polypropylene Terepolymer) closures matching the profile of the panel shall be installed along the eaves, rake and other locations specified in specified drawings. 10) Ridge Cap: A formed panel matching the material colour, slope and profile of adjoining Rib roof panels. 11) Flashing and Trim: Flashing and/or trim shall be furnished at the rake, corners, eaves framed openings and wherever necessary to provide weather tightness and finished appearance. Colour shall be white for rake and eave flashings and colour of wall for corner flashings unless otherwise specified by client from one of standard range of colours.Material shall be 26 G thick conforming to the physical specifications of ASTM A446 Grade C or equivalent and having minimum yield strength of 40,000 P.S.I. (275 MPa). 12) Eave gutters and down spouts : a) Eave gutters shall be box shaped, colour coated, and 0.5 mm nominal thickness (26 gauge) galvanized steel.

Baking Unit;6) Roof sheeting/wall sheeting: a) Roof panels shall be of 0.47mm bare galvalume and wall panels shall be of 0.5mm(coated thickness) thick profiled galvalume for colour coated sheeting. b) Min 550 Mpa pre-painted galvalume panels, the exterior face is pre-painted with 1 mil. thick factory applied polyester paint. The interior face is pre-painted with 0.5 mil thick factory applied polyester paint. c) Each panel shall provide one meter coverage and can be shipped in any length up to 10 m. Colour of exterior and interior faces shall be as per the choice of department from available shades. d) The material shall conform to ASTM A792 and the galvalume coating to ASTM- A792 ? AZ150. The yield strength of material shall be 550 mpa.

(345 MPa) equivalent of IS Grade. b) Members fabricated by cold forming process shall conform to the physical specifications of ASTM A570 (Grade 50) or equivalent and having a minimum yield strength of 50,000 P.S.I (345 MPa)-test results of strength and elongation of steel of various grade shall be submitted. c) Members fabricated from hot rolled structural shapes shall conform to the physical specifications of ASTM A572 (Grade 36) or equivalent and having a minimum yield strength of 36,000 P.S.I. (250 MPa). d) Angle bracing shall conform to the physical specifications of ASTM A36 (or equivalent) and having a minimum yield strength of 36,000 P.S.I. (250 MPa). e) Roof and wall cladding shall conform to the physical specifications of ASTM A653 Grade 50 (or equivalent) and having a minimum yield strength of 50,000 P.S.I. (345 MPa). f) All other miscellaneous secondary members shall have minimum yield strength of 36,000 P.S.I. (250 MPa).

Baking Unit;1)Primary members: Primary structural framing shall include the transverse rigid frames, lean-to-rafters and columns, canopy rafters, interior columns (beam and column frames), bearing frame rafters and corner columns and end wall wind columns and all others required by design for complete work. 2)Secondary members: Secondary structural framing shall include the purlins, girts eave struts, wind bracing, flange bracing, base angles, clips and other miscellaneous structural parts. 3)Paint of structural members: All structural members shall be epoxy coated duly shot blasted. Before transporting to site red oxide shall be painted and at site epoxy paint shall be painted (40 micron primer in two coats and 60 micron finished paint in two coats of Asian, Berger or equivalent make). 4)Connections: Primary bolted connections with high strength bolts confirming to physical specifications of ASTM A325 (or equivalent), secondary bolted connections with machine bolts confirming to the physical specification of ASTM A307 (or equivalent).

Baking Unit;i)PEB Building Dimensions : Width: 18.30m O/O, length: 6.10 m O/O with 5.50 meters clear height at Eaves on one side and 5.80 M in the mid span . ii) No of Turbo vents : 03 Nos. iii) With 2 mm poly carbonate sheets of GE or Equivalent at some places as shown in the drawing beside turbovents with matching corrugations. iv) Polynom 2 insulation of supreme or Equivalent of 4 mm thickness supported with GI weld mesh 25x25mm grid and 1.6 mm dia (Both for roofing sheet&sidecladding) v)The design should follow IS-800, IS- 801, IS-875, IS-1893, IS-456(The Contractor shall submit the design calculations and reactions and drawings of PEB and after approval of the dept only contractor shall place order on PEB manufacturer. Note : Brick masonry wall , foundations, rolling shutters , windows and other internal works will be measured separately.Wind bracing consist of angles(rods not acceptable), roof cladding with 0.47mm with bare galvalume sheets and side cladding with 0.5mm(coated thickness) colour coated galvalume sheets and down take pipes and eaves gutter with 0.5mm(coated thickness) colour coated galvalume sheets.

Baking Unit;Design, fabrication, supply, delivery and erection of pre-engineering building with roof slope of 1 in 10 (over the readily available RCC pedestals),and supply of foundation bolts all as shown in drawing comprising of columns, frames, purlins, canopies at specified places, galvolume sheet roofing & cladding all-round the building, gutters, down take pipes, necessary accessories required for erecting structural steel members for all heights & at all levels including provision of necessary erection bolts, fixing bolts, nuts, washers, cleats, stiffeners, gussets, base plates, screws for roof , flashings and all necessary operations etc.
