Renovation of Entrance Lounge;Providing and applying synthetic plaster putty or equivalent putty such as birla wall care putty of average 2 to 3 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, Sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying putty by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2 - 3 hrs for the surface preparation and applying 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade over a coat of primer including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete

Renovation of Entrance Lounge;Supplying and fixing Gyp Board Fine Line Grid false ceiling (GS-FLC-4.6 as per India Gypsum) in size 600 mm x 600 mm using 12.5 mm thick/ 9.5 mm thick Gyp Board sheet tiles of size 595 mm x 595 mm or 595 mm x 1195 mm conforming to IS 2095 - 1982 fixing to Gyp steel precoated GI wall angle of size 25 mm x 25 mm x of 0.70 mm thick along the perimeter of ceiling screw fixed to brick work/ partition at 610 mm c/c and suspending the frame work using precoated GI Tee section (24 mm x 38 mm x 0.7 mm) from soffit at 1220 mm c/c fixed with GI Soffit Cleat, rawl plugs and steel expansion fasteners & connecting clip to the GI T section with 4 mm dia GI Rod with galvanised spring steel level clip of PVC unversal holding clips system at 1200 mm c/c and fixing the 12.5 mm / 9.5 mm Gypboard Sheet tiles of size 595 mm x 595 mm or 595 mm x 1195 mm and finishing two coats of drywall topcoat complete for finished item of work as per Idia Gypsum Ltd specification.

Renovation of Entrance Lounge;Providing and fixing INSULATED PVC WALL panelling shall consist of PVC insulated panels having wall thickness of 1mm/1.5mm/2mm PVC sheet and the desired thickness of EPS (dependent on the insulation required) screwed into the wall using screws of adequate length. The screws shall be placed at a distance of 150mm and shall be 25mm from the edge of the insulated panel on all from sides of the panel.The PVC strips of 5mm thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuckusing solvent cement adhesive at the places where two panels are joined, so a to cover the screw of both the panels, using solvent cement. 90 heat bent strips of 5mm thick PVC sheets of width 75mm X75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at wall joints / pillars etc. , complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, manufacture?s specification &drawing
