Repairs and renovations of office building for AICRP on Biological control of Crop Pests and Disease;Providing specialised high solid, cold applied, acrylic elastomeric liquid membrane coating treatment to the terrace for leak proof treatment with the following specifications a)Cleaning of the surface from dirt, dust and other contaminations. b)Pre-wetting the surface and application of one coat of crystallization coating sytem with ROOFEX XL/ZORIPEX XL (Armstrong/PMCC) @ 0.25 ltr/sq.mtr) c)Applying one coat of high solid, cold applied, Acrylic Elastimeric liquid membrance coating with -RAINSEAL/ZORICOAT XL (Armstrong/PMCC) diluting with water at 1:1 ratio as a primer coat. d)immediately, application of one coat of high solid, cold applied, Acrylic elastomeric liquid membrance coating with RAINSEAL/ZORICOAT XL (Armstrong/PMCC) mixing propportion 1-part of RAINSEAL/ZORICOAT XL (Armstrong/PMCC)+ 2 parts of white cement + 2 parts of water. e)Laying of fibre mesh on the surface. f)Over the Fibre mesh, Application of two coats of high solid, cold applied, Acrylic (Armstrong/PMCC) diluting with 20% of water.

Repairs and renovations of office building for AICRP on Biological control of Crop Pests and Disease;Providing Mild Steel Tubes & pipes of all diameters as per IS-1161, of different diameters, cutting and fabricating to required sizes and shapes,placing in position as per approved designs and drawing to be supplied at the time of execution of work, including cost and conveyance of all Mild steel Tubes & Pipes sections and all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, welede joints, etc., and all operational, incidental, Labour charges for fabricating steel works like Window Grills, Compound Wall Grills, Iron Doors, Windows including cost of welding rods, power charges, excluding cost of fixing in position, including cost of Labour charges for erecting & fixing all structural steel works like heavy iron grills, Trusses, Stanchions, Heavy Beams and Girders erecting in position and fixing by using chain pulley blocks, Derek pole arrangements and cranes etc., complete in position etc. complete for finished item of work

Repairs and renovations of office building for AICRP on Biological control of Crop Pests and Disease;Supplying, laying and fixing 0.50mm thick galvanized/ prepainted GI profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene valves side laps and stitched with self tapping / drilling screws and laps are stiched to be sealed with 25 mm x 3 mm butyl tape the sheets are provided with anti capacity groves etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the department.
