Supplying, fitting and placing thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) (Fe 500/500D/550D grade as per IS 1786-1979 manufactured by Primary producers like TATA,SAIL,VSP, Jindal as approved by Ministry of steel guidelines) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars to site, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying on all materials etc. ,and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work ( APSS No.126)

Painting to new iron works with 2 coats of approved synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade to give an even shade after thoroughly cleaning and sand papering the surface to remove all dirt and remains , including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. including cost of overheads & contractors profit for finished item of work for:-Painting to Iron work - Synthetic enamel paint to New Iron Work - 2 coats

Plastering 20 mm thick in single coat in CM (1:3) including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting Grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., complete for  Internal & Even faces of  Brick Wall and RCC exposed faces for finished item of work. (SS 901,903 & 904)

Painting to walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint weather proof water-based, modified acrylic with silicon additives exterior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter. of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for Internal walls for:-External Colouring - acrylic emulsion paint - 2 Coats

Providing specialised high solid, cold applied, acrylic elastomeric liquid membrane coating treatment to the terrace for leak proof treatment with the following specifications a) Cleaning of the surface from dirt, dust and other contaminations. b) Pre-wetting the surface and application of one coat of crystallization coating sytem with ROOFEX XL/ZORIPEX XL (Armstrong/PMCC) @ 0.25 ltr/sq.mtr) c) Applying one coat of high solid, cold applied, Acrylic Elastimeric liquid membrance coating with -RAINSEAL/ZORICOAT XL (Armstrong/PMCC) diluting with water at 1:1 ratio as a primer coat. d) Immediately, application of one coat of high solid, cold applied, Acrylic elastomeric liquid membrance coating with RAINSEAL/ZORICOAT XL (Armstrong/PMCC) mixing propportion 1-part of RAINSEAL/ZORICOAT XL (Armstrong/PMCC)+ 2 parts of white cement + 2 parts of water. e) Laying of fibre mesh on the surface f) Over the Fibre mesh, Application of two coats of high solid, cold applied, Acrylic (Armstrong/PMCC) diluting with 20% of water.
