Construction of sports Dias for ground at Agricultural College Aswaraopet;Vaccum dewatering cement concrete flooring 100 mm thick using M 20 grade design mix corresponding to IS 456 with minimum cement content of 330 kgs per 1 cum of concrete and required quantity of Chemical Admixtures per 1 cum of concrete using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) ( consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm , 15% of 13.20/12.50mm , 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm ) from approved quarry in panels as per drawing / design (cutting grooves (at 3.0 x 3.0m of grid), cutting 6mm x 19mm grooves, laid to proper level and slope including consolidating with power driven mechanical vibrators (both needle & screed vibrators), dewatering by vacuum process "Tremix" method, floated with neat cement and power troweled to achieve smooth finishing, including MS Shuttering, finishing, rounding of the edges, filling the grooves with poly sulphide compound, curing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, coarse aggregate, sand etc., to site, seigniorage charges centering, shuttering, machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, curing, hire charges of all tools and plants, all other incidental and operational charges, labour charges and all taxes etc., complete for finished item of work but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges

Construction of sports Dias for ground at Agricultural College Aswaraopet;Painting to walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint weather proof water-based, modified acrylic with silicon additives exterior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter. of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for Internal walls for:-External Colouring - acrylic emulsion paint - 2 Coats

Construction of sports Dias for ground at Agricultural College Aswaraopet;Solid Fly-ash Block masonry 225 mm thick for panel walls in super structure, parapet walls with cement mortar (1:6) prop (Cement:sand) using solid fly-ash blocks of size 290 x 225 x 140 mm from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 5 N/sq.mm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand), bricks, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage on all materials but including all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges (with MS Jack Prop Cup lock Pipe Scaffolds, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 504. for:-Fly Ash Block Masonry in CM 1:6 (290x225x140)
