Repairs to Quality Control Lab;Providing and applying synthetic plaster putty or equivalent putty such as birla wall care putty of average 2 to 3 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, Sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying putty by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2 - 3 hrs for the surface preparation and applying 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade over a coat of primer including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work for INTERNAL walls - including cost of access scaffolding for:-Internal Colouring - Providing Putty and 2 coats plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer to Internal walls
