The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (or one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work. The value of road / bridge work completed by the bidder under certain schemes shall be counted as 120% for the purpose of this requirement. Additionally, the bidder's experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years is required. The bidder should have achieved, in any one year, a minimum financial turnover equivalent to 60% of the amount put to bid (if the amount put to bid is Rs.200 Lakhs and less) or 75% of the amount put to bid (if the amount put to bid is more than Rs. 200 Lakhs), with at least 50% of which is from Civil Engineering construction works. In Naxal/Left Wing Extremist Affected Districts, the figures of 60% and 75% would be replaced by 50%. For Joint Ventures, the lead partner shall meet not less than 50% of qualification criteria, and each of the remaining partners shall meet not less than 25% of all the criteria. The Joint Venture must also collectively satisfy the subject of the criteria. The bidder needs to upload scanned copies of certificates showing details of similar nature of works. To qualify, each bidder should have in the last five years achieved a minimum financial turnover equivalent to: (i) 60% of amount put to bid, in case the amount put to bid is Rs.200 Lakhs and less. (ii) 75% of amount put to bid, in case the amount put to bid is more than Rs. 200 Lakhs, with at least 50% of which is from Civil Engineering construction works.
