CIVIL WORKS;Flooring with chequrred terrazzo tiles of 22 mm thick (medium shade) set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including near cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete, including seigniorage charges, complete for finished item of work, but excluding the cost of conveyance of all materials.
