The bidder should have executed civil works during the last five financial years from 2020-21 to 2024-25, satisfactorily completed as a PRIME CONTRACTOR, similar works, i.e., Road works. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the current price level. The bidder should have completed similar works of value not less than Rs.0.00 Lakhs (at the current price level) in any one year. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder should have completed the works satisfactorily. The amount of Rs. 0.00 Lakhs is mentioned as the minimum value of similar works that should have been completed in any one financial year. Sub-contractor’s experience, in his name will be taken in to account in determining the Bidder’s compliance to the Qualification criteria. The experience gained in a registered JV firm to the extent of the Bidder’s share shall be considered if the Bidder happens to be the lead partner, for similar works criteria also.
