Building Work;Brick Masonry in superstructure with CM (1:6) prop: using second class bricks from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 40 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand(50% of Natural sand +50% of Manufactured sand(Rock Sand), bricks, water etc., to site, excluding seignorage charges, including, Sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labor charges such as mixing cement mortar, constructing masonry, scaffolding charges, lift charges, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work. Building Work;Providing high yield strength deformed (HYSD) steel bars (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1985 manufactured by Primary producers likeAF STar TMT/MS Life TMT, Radha TMT, SUGUNA TMT as approved by Ministry of steel guidelines) of 8mm to 40mm diameters, cutting, bending, to required sizes and shapes placing in position with cover blocks of approved size and binding wire of 20SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings including cost and conveyance of bars from approved sources to site of work, including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc., and Countryes & other taxes,on cost of all materials and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work ( APSS No.126) for finished item of work (APSS No.126) in all floors.

Building Work;Earth work excavation for foundations (Manual Means) of buildings in ordinary soils and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and depth up to 3m including all operational,incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work excluding dewatering charges etc., as per SS 20 B (APSS 308)
