Building;Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) steel bars (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including soverhead charges de Contractors profit but excuding GST and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. Building;Providing brick work of 230mm thick in CM (1:6) prop., using common burnt clay bricks of class as per Table-1 of IS:1077-1992 Non-Modular or traditional size, including cost & conveyance of all material and labour charges, centering & scafolding charges, and overhead charges & Contractors profit etc., complete as per APSS No.501 for Super structure and others but excluding GST and seignorage chages.

Building;Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM(1:3), 20mm thick with 1kg of water proof compound per bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, seigniorage charges, excluding conveyance charges of materials and including all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc,, complete for finished item of work
