Providing a repairs to RCC Chajja;Plastering 20mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM(1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, including , sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete for finished item of work Second Floor.

Providing a repairs to RCC Chajja;Brick masonry for Panel walls 230mm thick in superstructure with CM (1:8) prop: (Cement : Screened Sand) using Second Class Clay Bricks of size 23 x 11 x 7 cms from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 40 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, including, sales & other taxes on all materials and such as labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work for SF.

Providing a repairs to RCC Chajja;Supply and placing of the Design Mix Concrete M 25grade corresponding to IS 456 with minimum cement content of 330kgs per 1 cum of concrete and required quantity of Chemical Admixtures per 1 cum of concrete using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) ( consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm , 15% of 13.20/12.50mm , 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm ) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including, sales & other taxes on all materials , centering using Steel scaffolding pipes , jack props , wallers , Foot plates , brackets , steel centering plates etc., including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for 60cm wide Sun-Shades 7.5 cm thick at fixed end and 5cm thick at free end with an average thickness of 6.25 cm including labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc., complete for finished item of work Second Floor

Providing a repairs to RCC Chajja;Application of FOSRAC Nitozinc primer on the exposed reinforcement in the slab (or) Chajja bottom at a consumption of 200ml per sqm. Touch dry conditions shall be within 30 min after which concrete repair materials shall be used to park exposed area etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing a repairs to RCC Chajja;Supplying, fitting and placing thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) HYSD Fe- 500 / 500D / 550 D Steel as per IS 1786-1979 manufactured by Primary producers like TATA, SAIL, VSP, JSW, Jindal and Shyam Steel as approved by Ministry of steel guidelines) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars to site, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying on all materials etc. ,and cost of etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors .
