Providing 200mm dia MS pipe duly;Manufacturing, supply of MS Specials conforming to IS 7322 secifications, manufactured by electric resistant welding (ERW) or submerged arc welding (SAW) process welded from MS plates conforming to IS 2062, grade -A/B painting both tha sides with epoxy paint in two coats including cost of MS plates, welding rods, epoxy paint and all other required materials inclusive of all taxes and duties and delivery of fabricated MS specials to site hosting and carefully lowering in to ready made trenches keeping in position true to alignment and gradient and perfect lining by jacking and jointing inclusive of all jointing materials and labour charges. and all other incidential and operational charges etc., complete. a) 200 x 90 degrees MS Bend

Providing 200mm dia MS pipe duly;Manufacture and Supply of the following dia Mild Steel pipes using MS plates conforming to IS 2062- 1992 grade A, manufactured as per IS-3589- 2001 in suitable lengths to suit the site conditions, as directed by the departmental officers including testing at factory for a test pressure of 15 Kg/sqcm., including two coats of epoxy painting of approved make including cost of mild steel plates, epoxy paint, welding rods and other required materials and inclusive of all taxes, and duties and delivery of fabricated pipes to site, loading, unloading and hoisting carefully, lowering the pipes in to ready made trenches or keeping in position on ready built pedestals or supports and laying them true to alingment and gradient and perfect lining by jacking and jointing with three run arc welding and as per the above specification , inclusive of the cost of the necessary testing equipment and other incidental and operational charges etc., complete. 200 mm dia MS Pipe 8 mm thick

Providing 200mm dia MS pipe duly;Supplying and fixing of G.I Cover (Double Shutter) size 1.30x1.20 etc., complete cost and conveyance of all materials charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing 200mm dia MS pipe duly;Plastering 12mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM(1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, including, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves as directed by Engineer-in-charge including etc., complete for finished item of work .

Providing 200mm dia MS pipe duly;Masonry work in CM (1:8) prop (Cement : Screened sand) with Flyash Cement Solid Blocks of size 290mm x 225mm x 140mm for manufacturing of flyash solid blocks using flyash of 80 kgs, cement of 15 kgs , .Gypsum of 5kgs and stone dust including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges,scaffolding and curing including etc., complete with a compressive strength not less than 50 kg/sq.cm for walls .

Providing 200mm dia MS pipe duly;Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) (M20) Grade Nominal mix using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) (consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm, 15% of 13.20/12.50mm, 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate(sand), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, including, sales & other taxes on all materials and including all charges for mixing, laying concrete in position, curing & lift charges including etc., for finished item of work

Providing 200mm dia MS pipe duly;Coursed Rubble stone masonry 2nd sort in CM (1:8) prop: (Cement: Sand) using Hard Granite Stones carted from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, stones etc., from approved quarry, to site and including, sales & other taxes on all materials including labour for cutting stones to required size and shape, mixing, of cement, mortar, construction, curing including etc., complete for finished item of work in basement.

Providing 200mm dia MS pipe duly;Plain Cement Concrete (1:5:10) (Cement: Fine Aggregate (unscreen sand) : Coarse Aggregate (Metal) for foundations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard , machine crushed granite from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, including, sales & other taxes on all materials and including all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations and under flooring bed, ramming in 15 cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing 200mm dia MS pipe duly;Earth work excavation for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring ,sheeting, planking, strutting, etc. and complete for finished item of work excluding dewatering charges as per SS 20B in Ordinary Soil - Manual Means.
