Providing Speed Breakers on road;Supplying and fixing of Molded shanks Raised pavement Markers made of plastic body moulded from HIPS ( HI-impact polysterene) or ABS or ASA ( Acrylic strene polysterene) and relective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal relection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 type H and complying to specifications category A of Morth circular no RW/NH/33023/10-97- DO III DT 11.06.1997 . The height,width and length shall not exceed 50mm,100mm and 100mm and with minimum reflective area of 13sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 integrated cylindrical shanks,(of diameter not less than 19+/- 2mm and height not less than 30+/- 2mm) from the bosy is to be a minimum value of 700 kgs .Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the twins shanks to go inside,without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturs recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer,etc., complete finished item of work.

Providing Speed Breakers on road;Supplying of Hot applied thermopastic road marking compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface at 250 gms per sqm area IRC: 35, the material should be of BERGER company /BERGER Equivalent / Equivalent brand and must comply with the following a) White index for the product should be in the range of 60-70 when measured against standard reference . The applied panel 7/8 number must be submitted for the checking up the white index in the department lab.In case the department approves the white index of any vendor , the department engineer may carryout random checking of the applied products at the site against the approved panel . In case of any major deviation ,beyond acceptance limit,department reserve the right to cancel or reject the total supplied consignment of the said material and will compell the vendor has to replace the full consignment by the desired materials as per approved panel at his own cost and additional.( speed brakers,road centre line and outer line etc.,complete for finished item of work.

Providing Speed Breakers on road;Providing 30mm thick compacted Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH Batch mix plant using HBG crushed aggregate of Grading-2 as per table 500-17 of specification 507 of MoRT&H (5th Revision) premixed with bitumen VG-40 grade @ 5.4% of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix of work site,laying with Hydrostatic sensor full width paver to the required grade ,level and alignment, rolling with smooth sheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specification 507 (5th Revision ) complete for finished item of work in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete finished item of work.
