Plastering 12mm thick in two coats with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing dadooing to walls with Glazed full body porcelain wall tiles of size 300 x 600 mm (Decorated Coloured Background) 1st quality with borders as approved by Engineer-in-Charge set over base coat of CM (1:5) prop, 12 mm thick with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sqm and jointing with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost of all materials like tiles, cement, sand and water etc., complete including seigniorage charges, incidental & operational charges etc., complete for finished item of work

Painting to Old walls with 2 coats Acrylic based Oil Bound washable Distemper (Asian / Berger / Nerolac/ Saicoat/ Indocem) (Asian / Berger / Nerolac / Saicoat / Indocem) as approved by Engineer-In-Charge, to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the old surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS 911 for internal walls in all floors

Painting two coats with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paints in all shades Grade - I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ Lit. (Asian/Berger/Nerolac/Indocem) to Old Wood Work including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work

Supplying and fixing 580mm x 440mm long Orissa Pan White Glazed Water Closet 1st quality ISI marked confirming to IS:2556-Part-3-1981 with "P" or "S" trap Hindware / Parryware / Neycer with brick - ISI mark and providing masonry seat, 10 litres capacity Single Flush PVC Low Level Cistern Parryware or equivalent with internal components fixed on 2 Nos. of teak wood blocks of size 76.20mm x 101.60mm using required size of nails, screws as approved by Engineer-in-charge,15mm PVC connection with brass union nut CP coated, W.C. shall be encased on CC (1:2:4) 150mm alround well above the joint to stop leakage at the joint etc., complete including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, cost of CC bed, labour charges, etc., complete for finished item of work.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing 101.6 mm SWG SP-1 pipes of ISI make conforming to ISI 651 & 4127 with airtight cement joints in CM 1:5:1 prop. including excavation of trenches and socket pits in any soil (except rock requiring blasting) up to 914.4 mm (3'0") depth and refilling with watering and tamping.

Providing and fixing 30mm thick Solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for stiles, & 15mm x 15mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC ‘C’ channel of size 30 x 50mm forming stiles, and 5mm thick, 75mm wide PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side, and 10mm (5mm x 2) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of 5mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with 30mm wide x 5mm thick PVC sheet beading on either side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc. An additional 5mm thick PVC strip of 20mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the ‘C’ Channel using PVC solvent adhesive. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge, manufacturer’s specification & drawing for finished item of work .
