Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) prop. (M20) Grade Nominal mix using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) (consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm, 15% of 13.20/12.50mm, 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate(sand), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and including all charges for mixing, laying concrete in position, curing & lift charges etc., for finished item of work

Plastering 20mm thick single coat in CM(1:4) prop. using screened sand with fine rendering cement honey like consistency including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and operational, incidental, and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, lift charges, fine rendering smooth and thread lining at suitable intervals as directed at site, curing including rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., complete for finished item of work.

Ornamental Plastering to Ceiling with 12mm thick in two coats with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:5) prop. and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:3) prop. with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., complete for finished item of work.
