Repairs to Room No.18 and corridor ventilator;Dismantling doors, Windows & clear storey windows, ventilators etc., (wood or Steel) shutters including chowkhats, architraves, holdfasts and other attachments including etc., complete & stacking them within 100 mt lead Not exceeding 3 sqm in area.

Repairs to Room No.18 and corridor ventilator;Supply and fixing window as per drawing with Medium Teak wood frame of section 100x65mm and teak wood shutter with teak wood styles of size 65x40mm for top, middle and vertical, 75x40mm for bottom sytle with 4mm thick pin headed glass at top 1/3rd portion and 2/3rd portion with 15mm thick teak wood planks fixed with ornamental teak wood beading of size 12x12mm window frame is also fixed with stainless steel 26 guage MP mesh with alluminium frame of size 40x18mm @ 1.55mm thick fixed in central groove with 'U' channel of Aluminium 7.60x7.60 @ 0.80mm thick with screws & nails including 2 nos aluminium, Tower bolts 100mm long, 1 no aluminium handle 100mm long for each aluminium shutter for each teak wood shutters 2 nos MS powder coated tower bolts, 100mm long, 150mm long MS powder coated handle 1 no and 2 nos MS powder coated butt iron hings 100mm long for aluminium MP mesh shutter 2 nos 75mm long aluminium butt hings including cost and conveyanance of all materials, labour charges incidental, operational, wrought fixed with 4 nos MS hold fasts of size 40x40x5mm including provide MS falts 7 nos of size 35x5mm unit full width of winodws as safty bards & supply fixing MS hook stoper 3 nos - 150mm etc., complete for finished item of work.

Repairs to Room No.18 and corridor ventilator;Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) Nominal mix (Cement: Fine Aggregate (unscreen sand) : Coarse Aggregate (Metal) using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) (consisting of nominal size metal of 20mm, 13.20/12.50mm,10mm and 6mm) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate(sand), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, including , sales & other taxes on all materials and labour charges for mixing, laying concrete in position, curing including etc., complete for finished item of work. - BED BLOCK

Repairs to Room No.18 and corridor ventilator;S&F of pre-cast RCC Grills of any design of 50 mm thick manufactured with M-30 grade of concrete using vibro-compaction process using joint less FRP moulds to achieve shuttering finish and adequately reinforced for long use and to prevent damage during handling, transportation & erection etc.

Repairs to Room No.18 and corridor ventilator;S&F of 15 mm brass body CP finish bib tap of not less than 300 grams weight with quarter turn spindle with either internal or external threaded connection conforming to IS 8931 etc., complete for finished item of work.

Repairs to Room No.18 and corridor ventilator;Application of Grey Lappam Putty to Wooden Doors in 2 or more coats to get the even shade after throughly sand papering & brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, including etc., for finished item of work

Repairs to Room No.18 and corridor ventilator;Painting to New Wood Work and Flush Shutters, over a primary coat ( Asian / Berger / Nerolac / Saicoat / Indocem) and painting 2 coats of Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paints in all shades Grade - I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ Lit. (Asian/ Berger/ Nerolac/ Indocem) over a Wood primer coat MAKING 3 COATS of approved shade including cost and conveyance of all materials to site cost of primer coat and all labour charges etc. complete including applying sand paper for neat finish coats for neat finish including sales & other taxes on cost of all materials including etc., complete in all floors.

Repairs to Room No.18 and corridor ventilator;Painting to New walls with 2 coats Acrylic based Oil Bound washable Distemper ( Asian / Berger / Nerolac / Saicoat / Indocem ) over a base coat of water based cement primer of interior Grade -1 (Asian / Berger / Nerolac / Saicoat / Indocem) as approved by Engineer-In-Charge, MAKING 3 COATS in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges and etc., complete for finished item of work as per for internal walls.

Repairs to Room No.18 and corridor ventilator;Painting with Acrylic Emulsion paint weather proof water-based, modified acrylic with silicon additives exterior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ Lit. ( Asian / Berger / Nerolac ) to Exterior Faces of New Walls in 2 coats with approved make / shade and colour over primer coat of Water based cement primer of Exterior Gr-II (Asian / Berger / Nerolac ) MAKING 3 COATS including cost and conveyance of materials like Acrylic Exterior paint, white cement primer to site including cost of brushes, scaffolding charges, lift charges and labour charges such as preparing the wall, applying primer coat , two coats of Acrylic Exterior emulsion including etc., complete for finished item of work External walls in all floors.
