Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC Roof Slab surface with CM(1:3), 20mm thick with 1kg of water proof compound per bag of cement laid over roof when it is green finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lining at regular intervals of 45cmx45cm the impervious coat shall be applied in such a fashion that the slope shall be towards the existing rain water pipes. the impervious coat shall be applied to the existing parapet of 150mm height duly dismantling the existing parapet wall plastering, the plastering dismantling charges will be paid separately including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water proofing compound, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and operational, incidental, and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, lift charges, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing including rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., complete for finished item of work. Brick masonry for Panel walls 230mm thick in superstructure with CM (1:8) prop: (Cement : Screened Sand) using Second Class Clay Bricks of size 23 x 11 x 7 cms from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 40 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and such as labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work. Providing and applying SBR Roof Bond on existing old RCC Slab as bonding agent between Old RCC Slab to screed concrete, the SBR roof bond of 1 litre shall be mixed with 1 Kg of Cement and apply with brush after thoroughly cleaning the already dismantled existing impervious coat surface and no dust shall be available prior application of the SBR Roof Bond including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, transportation to site, incidental and operational charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Painting to Old walls with 2 coats Acrylic based Oil Bound washable Distemper ( Asian / Berger / Nerolac / Saicoat / Indocem ) as approved by Engineer-In-Charge to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the old surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work (APSS 911) - Internal walls in all floors (BLD-CSTN-11-10/167) - PART - 'B'

Painting 2 coats with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paints in all shades Grade - I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ Lit ( Asian / Berger / Nerolac / Indocem ) to New Iron including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.
