Providing repairs to Gable walls;Painting with Acrylic Emulsion paint weather proof water-based, modified acrylic with silicon additives exterior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ Lit. ( Asian / Berger / Nerolac ) to Exterior Faces of New Walls in 2 coats with approved make / shade and colour over primer coat of Water based cement primer of Exterior Gr-II (Asian / Berger / Nerolac ) MAKING 3 COATS including cost and conveyance of materials like Acrylic Exterior paint, white cement primer to site including cost of brushes, scaffolding charges, lift charges and labour charges such as preparing the wall, applying primer coat , two coats of Acrylic Exterior emulsion including etc., complete for finished item of work (APSS No.910, 911&1201) External walls in all floors.

Providing repairs to Gable walls;Plastering 12mm thick in two coats with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge including etc., complete for finished item of work. Providing repairs to Gable walls;Brick masonry for Panel walls 230mm thick in superstructure with CM (1:8) prop: (Cement : Screened Sand) using Second Class Clay Bricks of size 23 x 11 x 7 cms from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 40 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and such as labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing including etc., complete for finished item of work. Providing repairs to Gable walls;Providing STAGE SCAFFOLD with staging using Casurina balli props and bracings supporting wooden brackets, wooden stage scaffold boards including hire charges for Casurina ballies, wooden baords, scaffolds etc., and cost and conveyance of all other consumable accessories, taxes etc complete for finished item of work

Providing repairs to Gable walls;Supplying, fitting and placing thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) HYSD Fe- 500 / 500D / 550 D Steel as per IS 1786-1979 manufactured by Primary producers like TATA, SAIL, VSP, JSW, Jindal and Shyam Steel as approved by Ministry of steel guidelines) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars to site, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying on all materials etc. ,and cost of etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors ( APSS No.126).

Providing repairs to Gable walls;Removing and refixing Galvanised Prepainted G.I. Profile sheet including removal of 14 size self drilling screws and refixing with G.I. profile sheet with new self drilling screws of 100mm long 14 size including welding the existing MS Square pipe to the existing Truss i.e., "I" section duly maintaining the levels and slopes and closing of gaps between truss and G.I. Sheet where ever for arresting the storm water from entering the rooms to avoid damages to the false ceiling including drilling of screws to the Mild Steel Purlins / Truss with washers including welding for strenthening the G.I. Sheet etc., including all labour charges, cost and conveyance of self drilling screws, all incidental and operational charges etc., complete for finished item of work
