Providing and placing in position Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) M-15 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of size 40 mm down graded mixed in batching and mixing plant, transporting mixed concrete by mechanical means including dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work * including cost of all materials, labour and machineries, vibrating, finishing, curing , clearing the site with all leads, lifts and delifts for all materials as per approved drawings and specifications in barrages / wiers / low height storage structure including cost of dewatering with all incidental charges, royality, taxes (Excluding GST), cess etc. complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing C.C M15 grade of concrete for casting of concrete blocks of size 1500x1500x900 cast in situ with crusher granite coarse aggregate of 40 mm down graded mixed in batching and mixing plant, transporting mixed concrete by mechanical means including dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work * including cost of all materials, labour and machineries, vibrating, finishing, curing , clearing the site with all leads, lifts and delifts as per approved drawings and specifications in the low height storage structure including dewatering with all incidental charges, royality, taxes (Excluding GST), cess etc. complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work for concrete with F1 finish for upstream faces of barrages / wiers / low height storage structures, unexposed surfaces of foundation, block joints etc. with steel shutters rigidly fixed and removal of forms and making good to the surfaces wherever necessary complete including dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work * including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance with leads, lifts & delifts including taxes (Excluding GST) of all materials, cess with incidental charges, T&P etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing dry stone in launching apron with blasted and quarried granite boulders of sizes 300mm and above with cost of all materials, labour, machineries and conveyance with all leads and lifts including dumping with packing interstices properly and surface packing to proper line & level complete including dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work * with all incidental charges including royality, taxes (Excluding GST), cess etc. complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & spreading spalls of 600 mm thick below C.C block in U/S & D/S including dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work * with all incidental charges, royality, taxes (Excluding GST), cess etc. complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of filter media with stone crushed aggregates of 6.7mm size Bazri to a thickness of 75mm in between the gap of C.C blocks to the full height including dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work * with all incidental charges, royality, taxes (Excluding GST), cess etc. complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and spreading sand of approved specification on compacted surfaces of earth for a layer of inverted filter blanket and other horizontal / inclined filter zone to proper thickness including surface dressing within initial lead & lift complete in all respect including dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work * with all incidental charges, royality, taxes (Excluding GST), cess etc. complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & spreading crusher broken hard granite chips of 20mm down graded for a layer of filter in inverted filter zone of the structure to proper slope and level within initial lead with all cost , labour, royalty, taxes of all materials( excluding GST), cess etc. complete including dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work *as directed by the Engineer-in-Chagre.

Supplying & spreading a layer of filter material of 40mm to 20mm size granite metal in the inverted filter zone in riprap /under C.C.blocks/under created boulders in barrages/weirs / low height storage structure to proper slope and levels within initial lead & lift including dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work *, with all cost of materials, labour, conveyance , royalty, taxes of all materials (excluding GST), cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing reinforcement steel manufactured by SAIL/TATA only, straightening, cutting, bending, binding, laying and placing in position the uncoated HYSD( Fe-415) grade including lapping or welding higher diameter bars where necessary with cost, conveyance of reinforcement steel, binding wire etc. with all leads, lifts and delifts as per approved drawings and specifications in barrages / wiers / low height structures including dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work * with all incidental charges, taxes (Excluding GST), cess etc complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Installation of Gabion matress (mesh type 10x12 having wire dia 2.7mm, selvedge wire dia 3.4/4.4mm and tensile strength 350 N/mm2, PVC coating thickness-minimum-0.38mm, box thickness-0.50m) made out of hexagonal woven wire mesh type zinc with pvc coated gabion boxes of size such as (1.00m x 1.00m x 1.00m) as necessary etc. as per requirement at site filled with hard granite stones of nominal size between 0.15m to 0.25m and compacting the stones incide gabion boxes with minimum voids and tying, stitching with lacing wire of 3mm dia having tensile strength of 170 kg/mm2 and heavily galvanised steel rings @ 200mm c/c and placing in position with help of cranes and by other mechanical means including dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work * with all cost of materials, machineries etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying placing & fixing in position 100mm pvc drainage pipe filled with gravel @ 4000mm C/C over 600mm thick inverted filter at the end sill of stilling basin including incidental charges, all taxes (Excluding GST), cess etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil with all leads and lifts & compacting the same with PRR for construction of coffer dam for diversion of water, dumping the dismantled material in the specified dumping area with al leads, lifts, de-lifts including dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work * including incidental charges, all taxes (Excluding GST), royality, cess etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

b) NP 3 Hume pipe 1000 mm dia

Dismantling Brick or stone Masonry in Lime or Cement mortar under 3 m height including stacking the useful materials for re-use & removing the debris within 5 km lead by mechanical means including dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work * with incidental charges, all taxes (Excluding GST), cess etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Manufacturing, supplying & providing automatic falling shutters of 8mm thick M.S Plate with stiffness of size 1.1mx1.2m with all fittings including all cost, conveyance, painting & installation in proper position, commissioning, incidental charges, all taxes (Excluding GST), cess etc. complete in all respect including dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work *and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

* The rates indicated above as estimated rates for all the items do not include cost of dewatering. The work is to be executed on the river bed which will involve huge dewatering by use of well point pumps and other dewatering equipments. The bidder shall quote his rates considering all charges towards dewatering during execution of the work for which no extra payment shall be made.
