Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead within NFC complete as specified and directed by EIC

Lead charges for within NFC premises , additional lead over the initial lead of 50 m by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock, debris, wooden logs etc., Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @20% and 50% for soils and rock or debris etc. respectively

II. CONCRETE (PLAIN AND REINFORCED) & Formwork :

Plain Cement Concrete (P.C.C) 1:3:6 by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 with Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 250 Kg/Cum (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed. Note: 1.The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 35% of pozzolanas

Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or approved RMC of Grade M - 30 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 390 Kg/Cum) up to specified level using using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. FOSROC ,SIKA,BASF,CICO in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork and reinforcement as specified and directed.

Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT) in proportion as per manufacturer’s specifications including necessary shuttering, providing and fixing cover blocks of required sizes, consolidation finishing as specified, curing, making casting yard and curing tank, stacking carefully at casting yard and transporting to the site of use placing in position as shown in drawings, aligning, leveling, making good all the damaged surfaces etc., complete as directed for covers for storm water drains/trenches/manholes etc. with and without holes including formwork but excluding reinforcement.

Providing centering and shuttering using good quality densified film-faced Plywood of at least 12mm thick approved make conforming to IS 4990 including strutting, propping, staging made out of steel frames/H-frames/ Mild Steel (MS) Pipes/Cup and Lock System etc., and removal of the same as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying One (1) coat of shuttering oil (Cemol/Fosroc make/any other ) on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete,including PVC cover blocks etc., if required, for insitu Reinforced Concrete and in Plain Cement Concrete works etc., complete as specified and directed. NOTE: The Formwork shall be designed and got approved from the Design Section before erection

REINFORCEMENT and STRUCTURAL STEEL

Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement bars for Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more conforming to IS 1786 of Tata, Vizag steel, Sail, JSW, JSPL make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position Anchor Shells/Expansion shells of dia upto 20mm and length upto 200mm of approved make of Hilti, Fischer or Bosch of best quality of diameter as specified for anchoring supporting structural steel columns of required size/length including drilling holes in RCC flooring, cleaning of holes, aligning bolts to position, proper level, Bolts,Washers Labour, etc., complete as directed. Note: All the bolts, nuts and washers shall have Galvanized Coating. MTC shall be submitted for Coating and Mechanical Properties

Placing shear connectors of upto 20 mm dia TMT re-bar into the RCC member including drilling necessary holes to required depth using drill machine, cleaning the holes and removing dust, dirt , etc and supplying and anchoring with epoxy based resin grout material of Fosroc Lokfix E77 or equivalent make complete with cost of materials, labour, tools as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge. NOTE: Reinforcement for Shear Connectors shall be measured seperately for payment.

Sand balsting of structural steel works comprising steel sections like angles, channels, joist, plates, hollow sections, etc. using compressed air at required pressures for cleaning the surfaces before application of primer, arranging necessary barricades, enclosure, machinery etc., complete as specified and directed. NOTE: Only the structural steel sections used in the work will be measured for payment.

Supply, Fabrication and erection of Structural Steel work using Square Hollow Sections/Rectangular Hollow Sections/Steel Tubes conforming to IS 4923/ IS 1161 for Trusses, framed work, gates, ladders, grill, Jalli, fence or any other structural steel work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing of M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, JSW, Appollo, SAIL of strength not less than Grade E 250 IS-2062:2011 including providing Bolts and Nuts and other accessories wherever required, arc welding with electrodes conforming to IS 814 of make Advani, D&H, Philips, surface preparation by cleaning with wire brush painting painting with 3 (Three) coats of PU paint of male M/s Fosroc (Dekguard PU)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux over 2 (Two) coats of epoxy zinc rich primer of make Fosroc (Nitozinc primer)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux, complete as specified and directed. NOTE: The bolts used shall conform to A325 ASTM standards to 8.8 designation High tensile bolts conforming to IS: 3757. All the Bolts, Nuts and Washers shall be Cadmium Coated. 2) One additional coat (Third coat) of paint as per specifications shall be applied on Structural Steel after erection and no extra payment will be made for the same. 3) Bolts and welding will not be measured for the payment and shall be included in the quoted rate. Only, the weight of steel sections used as per relavant IS codes shall be considered for payment. Wastage will not be measured.

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of structural steel work using square/rectangular hollow sections of make Apollo or other approved equivalent with powder coated , at all levels above plinth level as per Design including supplying of steel sections , cutting , fabricating using welding/bolts,using weld rods of make D&H , Advani , Phillips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source, surface preparation, sand/grit blasting as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Thickness of Powder Coating should not be less than 100microns .

Supply, Fabrication and erection of Structural Steel work using rolled steel joists, angles, channels, plates, chequered plates, flats, bars, Trusses (Complete Truss system consisting of Trusses, Purlins, Bracings, Gusset Plates, Base Plates etc.,), framed work, mezzanine, trestles, ladder, fence, PEB structure (Bracings, Struts, walkway platforms, staircase etc.), including cutting, hoisting, fixing of M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, JSW, SAIL of strength not less than Grade E 250 IS-2062:2011 including providing Bolts and Nuts and other accessories wherever required, arc welding with electrodes conforming to IS 814 of make Advani, D&H, Philips, surface preparation by cleaning with wire brush painting with 3 (Three) coats of PU paint of male M/s Fosroc (Dekguard PU)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux over 2 (Two) coats of epoxy zinc rich primer of make Fosroc (Nitozinc primer)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux, complete as specified and directed Note:1) The bolts used shall conform to A325 ASTM standards to 8.8 designation High tensile bolts conforming to IS: 3757. Foundation Bolts: Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, foundation bolts using MS rounds conforming to IS 432 (Mild Steel Bars Grade – I)/ IS 1875 and suitable nuts including threading, placing in position in concrete in level using template, providing grease and protective cover like covering with polyethelene sheet to bolts and nuts to correct levels Complete and as directed .

Deck Sheeting Providing and fixing roofing consist of 1.5 mm thick galvanized steel deck sheet confirming to IS 277:1992 used as permanent shuttering over which MS wire mesh 3mm laid at 100x100 mm grid including edge trim covered with concrete. This metal deck will be supported on structural steel beam with shear studs. (Structural steel like Beam, column, joists etc. & concrete of different grade as per design will be paid separately). Note :- Supply & erection of shear studs shall be part of item and no seperate measurment for same will be done.

MASONRY :

Random rubble masonry as per IS 1597 with hard stone with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 6 crushed coarse sand (conforming to IS 2116)) at all depth and height including scaffolding, raking out joints, simultaenous flush poining, curing, complete as specified and directed.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150/230/300 mm thick Grade-1 AAC blocks of density 551 to 650 kg/cum conforming to IS:2185 of make M/s NCL, Aerocon, Greenstone in below and above plinth level up to floor V level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar or in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete as directed.

Brick work as per IS 2212 using fly ash bricks conforming to IS 12894 of Class Designation 7.5 and above as specified at all height/depth with cement mortar 1:6 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 6 crushed coarse Sand (conforming to IS 2116)} including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc., complete as specified and directed.

Half brick masonry as per IS 2212 using fly ash bricks conforming to IS 12894 of class designation 7.5 or above as specified above FFL upto V floor level in partitions walls in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 4 crushed coarse sand), including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing and with Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M15 (1:2:4) stiffeners of depth 75mm at every 900 mm height including form work, curing etc., complete as specified and directed, but excluding reinforcement. Note: Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of schedule

ROOFING & FLOORING:

Providing and Fixing  Light weight Calcium Silicate False Ceiling with Silhouette Grid at all heights of Aerolite make with 15mm thick integral densified micro edge light weight calcium silicate tiles of size 595X595mm of approved design, texture and pattern having 100% RH – HUMIDITY RESISTANCE, non-combustible as per BS 476, Noise Reduction Coefficient of 0.5, Light reflectance above 85%, Thermal Conductivity less than 0.05 W/m K, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal powder coated T-grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections of 0.4mm thick Silhouette Profile, rotary stitched double webbed white with 6mm reveal profile comprising of main ‘T’ runners of size 15X42mm of length 3000mm, cross-T of size 15X42mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15X42mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600X600 mm , wall angle of size 22x19x0.4mm to be fixed all around the wall. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from the ceiling using GI slotted cleats fixed to ceiling with 50mm long 8 mm outer dia M-6 dash/anchor fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded GI hanger rod with L-shape level adjuster of size 85X25x2mm or 4mm GI hanger rod with butterfly clip, including scaffolding, at all heights, complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-charge. Note:Hanger syster shall be decided as per site conditions and height of false ceiling as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Gypsum board false ceiling of desired design, and finish consisting of : i. "Gypsteel ULTRA" or approved equivalent false ceiling frame system including CRP surface ribbed components such as ceiling sections (0.5mm thick, 80mm wide, @ maximum 457mm c/c, fixed to intermediate channels with connecting clip), Intermediate channels (0.9mm thick, 45mm wide, @ maximum 1220mm c/c, suspended from the soffit with ceiling angles (25x10x 0.55mm @ 900mm c/c maximum, GI cleat and steel fasteners), perimeter channels (0.5mm thick, 27mm wide, screw fixed to wall/partition at 610mm c/c), including all fasteners, angles, connectors, clips etc. all complete ii. Single layer of 12.5mm tapered edge plain gypsum board conforming to IS 2095 screw fixed to ceiling sections with 25mm drywall screws @ 230mm c/c. Including jointing and finishing the boards for flush surface including filling and finishing with approved (as/ Manufacturer's recommendation) jointing compound, paper tape, finishing gap between wall and ceiling with POP, wire mesh , two coats of drywall top coat, providing necessary cut outs and finishing for electrical/ AC/ Other fittings, fixtures, providing vertical ceiling boards, necessary additional framing components for cutouts/ vertical surface etc, all complete for all heights. Note : Actual surface area (including vertical ceiling board area if any between false ceilings at various levels, excluding areas for cut-outs, openings etc.) of false ceiling shall be measured for payment.

Providing and fixing PVC false ceiling of desired design, and finish consisting of : i. false ceiling frame system including CRP surface ribbed components such as ceiling sections (0.5mm thick, 80mm wide, @ maximum 457mm c/c, fixed to intermediate channels with connecting clip), Intermediate channels (0.9mm thick, 45mm wide, @ maximum 1220mm c/c, suspended from the soffit with ceiling angles (25x10x 0.55mm @ 900mm c/c maximum, GI cleat and steel fasteners), perimeter channels (0.5mm thick, 27mm wide, screw fixed to wall/partition at 610mm c/c), including all fasteners, angles, connectors, clips etc. all complete ii. Providing and fixing UPVC baffle false ceiling using section size 50mmX100mmX1.5mm of Uniceil Systems or approved equivalent including suitable hanging system, accessories such as carrier, panel, end cap, linear profile connector, carrier connector, suspension rod, suspension rod nut etc., spacing between carriers upto 2000mm, baffle overhang upto 300mm, spacing between suspension rod upto 1400mm, complete as per manufacture's specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing canopy ( Cantilver ) or simple support shade with tensile Membrane fabric design up to 6 mtr in width , including MS structure fabrication & 1 coat of zinc primer and two coat of Deco paint with required accessories like GI rope, Aluminum strips, patta screws. coloumn of up to 90 mm x 3 mm thickeness, purlin with up to 76 mm, rafter up to 60 mm dia with ribs ( gussets) made up to Jindal/Apollo to withstand heavy winds.all steel processed with proper engineered joints system of Nut & bolt for easy assembly and erection. Tensile fabric PVDF coated 750 GSM ferrai (french) 702S, fabric joints welded on 20KW high frequency welding machine to make it seam less joints. Fabric Tensioning Hardware:Special tensioning hardware to be used for fabric tensioning. components are cast steel with surface protection electroplated/galvanizing and top coat of Deco paint. following componenets as applicabe shall be used- Swivelling fork terminals, Fork ends, turn Buckles, Swaged cable terminals Steel Cables:- galvanized iron steel rope with steel core wherever needed, cable terminals swaged in machine with steel wire ropes.

GSB: Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material conforming to Grading-ii of MoRTH Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage) charges and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator/approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 Tons Capacity/approve means to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRTH Specification 401(5th revision and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note: ( Payment will be made based on levels for finished item of work).

Providing & fixing Double charged/Glazed vitrified tiles of size 600mmX600mm of matte/glossy/polished/anti-skid/rustic finish conforming to IS 15622 for flooring/skirting/dado ( thickness as specified by manufacturer) of make Johnson, Somani, Kazaria of required shade, design, colour and pattern laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 for flooring and 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 for dado/skirting, jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm or polymer modified adhesive of make MYK/Roff or approved equivalent including providing joints of 2mm with spacers filled with epoxy grout mix of 0.7 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.1 Kg of hardener and 0.2 Kg of resin per kg or as specified by manufacturer ) of make Pidilite, MYK of required color. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

Providing and fixing 16 to18 mm thick gang saw cut honed finish, flamed finish mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut Granite stone for floor/treads/ risers /steps / dado/ ramps/window sills/jambs/wash basin platforms etc. of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse crushed stone sand)/ 12 mm thick, 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse crushed stone sand) cement mortar/chemical adhesive, joints treated with epoxy grout, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels including cost of single/double nosing, making 3 no of grooves for saircase treads etc. all complete as specified and as directed

Providing & applying screed concrete of M-25 grade with maximun coarse aggregate size of 10 mm or less using Weigh Batching or RMC using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 10mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including power troweling, consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, adding water proofing chemical of FOSROC/PIDILITE/SUNANDA as per manufacturer's specifications, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing multi-wall polycarbonate sheet of 10mm thick of lexan make or its approved equivalent conforming to IS: 14443 having minimum 50micron UV Protection Coating at all elevation of approved colour and pattern, connecting sheets and fixing sheets to MS frame work with necessary accessories like aluminium profile beading at bottom and top of not less than 50mm wide, EPDM beading, self tapping metal screws not more than 300mm C/C, necessary bolts and nuts as per manufacturer's specifications in line, level including cutting to required size, supplying of all materials, filling the gaps / joints with GE siliconates, capping bottom edges/ exposed edges with aluminium beading, scaffolding wherever and whenever necessary etc., complete as specified and directed.

DOORS, WINDOWS, CLADDING ETC :

Veneer panelling/Door frame with 12mm ply with wooden framework -Providing and fixing in properline and level,12mm thick Water proof plywood of approved make BWP conforming to IS 710, 100% Gurjan/Century/Artees/Login with vineer finish of 4mm thick of Natural vineer/ flaming / Royal club/ greenlam conforming to sample shade approved with approved shade of polish & finished in approved melamine , fixing panel to existing wall by means of approved wooden screws/ nails with inside Sound Proof Acostical material panel glass wool of 25mm thick and wooden framework of size 600mm X 600mm , made out of 18/12mm thick commercial ply of BWP grade conforming to BIS 710 of 100% Gurjan/Century/Artees/Login make cutting the ply and fixing with nails/ metallic wooden screws in line , plumb and level The edges should have matching wood beading finished in approved melamine including applying one coat of fire retardant paint complete as specified and directed. Note :- Making rebate for door frames shall be done in the panneling and no extra payment will be made for the same.

Supplying & fixing in position 35mm thick single/double leave solid core block board flush door shutters of appropriate size conforming to IS 2202 (latest) of M/s Kalpataru, Anand, Kutty or approved equivalent with external type second class teak wood lipping alround of size 38x20mm, including fixing approved high pressure synthetic resin bonded decorative laminates of 1mm thick (Matt Finish) conforming to IS 2046 on both sides of M/s Greenlam, Centuryply, Sonova or approved equivalent, fixing shutters in position to pressed steel door frames/wooden frames/granite frame works (door frames shall be paid separately under relevant item) at all floors by cutting / planing if necessary including labour for fixing of the fittings & fixtures as per drawing with wooden packing pieces if necessary (but excluding the cost of fittings and fixtures with screws which shall be paid separately under relevant item) including painting the edges of shutters with two coats of wooden varnish if required of approved make & colour over one coat of approved primer etc. all complete as per specifications,drawings & as directed by Engineer in charge. NOTE : Decorative synthetic laminate shall be got approved by EIC before manufacturing the door.

Providing & fixing stainless steel of grade SS304 square tower bolts for wooden doors of min size 200 X10mm size of make Kich (TBS38S) or approved equivalent with necessary screws complete as specified and directed .

SHERA BOARD WALL CLADDING :- Providing & fixing decorative surface profile 8mm thick Shera Board external wall cladding which includes Aluminium perimeter channels along the perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall with nylon sleeves & SS screws at 610 mm centre. The Aluminium framework of size 25mm X 50 mm(1.5mm thick) and SS 304 screws fixed to framework with 25mm dry wall screws at 230mm centre painted with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer of required shade and one coat of putty if required including cutting the sheets to required size, providing extra frame work around light fittings fixed with necessary clips and accessories to correct line and levels including scaffolding etc. complete as specified and directed .

Supplying and fixing of Glass fibre reinforced concrete 3D jali of 25mm thickness and 50mm at border as per approved manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

PLASTERING AND PAINTING :

Cement plastering 15 mm thick for internal walls in cement morar 1:4 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 4 River Sand (conforming to IS 1542)} fininshed smooth at all height above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surface including making necessary grooves in between junctions or brick masonary and RCC , providing & fixing GI plaster mesh/chicken mesh 150 mm wide along route of walls chipped for service lines, junction between RCC and brick walls and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding curing etc., complete as specified and directed.

Cement plastering 20mm thick in Two (2) coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at and at all heights/depths above/below plinth level with 12mm thick base coat in Cement Mortar 1:4 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 4 River Sand (conforming to IS 1542)}, 8mm thick finishing coat in Cement Mortar1:3 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP) : 3 River Sand (conforming to IS 1542)}, final rendering including addition of approved integrated waterproofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s Specifications for the base coat of make M/s. Fosroc/Demech/ Huntsman/ Pidilite/ SIKA Qualcrete / MBT/Sunanda Chemicals, making necessary grooves, bands, drip moulds, providing & fixing GI plaster mesh/chicken mesh 150 mm wide along route of walls chipped for service lines, junction between RCC and brick walls and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding curing etc., complete as specified and directed.

Providing and applying white cement based putty in two coats with average thickness not less than 1 mm, of Birla make or any other approved manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface (external/internal), including surface preparation, filling of cracks, holes with fosroc renderoc or approved equivalent to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Water proof plaster in cement mortar 1:3 ,with waterproofing compound make of ( M/s Fosroc , MBT, Sika, Sunanada Chemicals etc.) @ 2% by weight of cement including scaffolding, curing, hacking of concrete surfaces etc. Complete a) 15 MM thk for underground drains/cable trench etc.

INTERNAL PAINTING :- Applying 3 or more coats of interior premium emulsion paint of Asain Apcolite suprema /Dulux interior acrylic premium emulsion of required shade of interior grade, having VOC content less than 50 grams/liters including one coat of approved suitable interior primer at all heights above plinth level inside rooms etc., including surface prpearation, filling of cracks, holes with fosroc renderoc or approved equivalent complete and as complete and as directed.

EXTERIOR PAINTING :- Applying of Two or more coat of elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane of asain paint damp proof advance or Dulux Aquatech Flexible damp proof base coat or on surface of vertical wall shall be applied as per manufacture specification. Finishing walls with 2 or more coat of 100% Premium acrylic Smooth waterproof exterior finish emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS:15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Dept Tinted) with silicon additives, equal to asain paint ultmia protek or Dulux Professional weathershield Flexx or Paints can be obtained from approved make from M/s. Asian, Dulux, Berger, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, Pidilite or any other make etc., complete and as directed.

Providing and applying textured finished paint by applying one coat of exterior pimer, 2-3mm thick coat of acrylic modified product of Asianpaints-apex ezytex or approved equivalent, creating the required pattern by using trowel/spatula, drying, applying two-three coats of Asian paints Ultima protek or approved equivalent, including surface preparation, cleaning the surface and filling of any holes, crevices using putty, all material, tools, machinery at all heights, complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by EIC. Note: The works shall be executed by approved applicator.

Providing and applying textured finished paint of Asian (Royale Play Stucco)/Dulux/Berger or approved equivalent make by applying one coat of pimer, three coats of of Asian Royale Play Stucco or approved equivalent, creating the required pattern in the desired color, including surface preparation, cleaning the surface and filling of any holes using putty, filling of cracks with asian paints smart care crack seal or approved equivalant, all material, tools, sand paper, brush, roller, trowel, scrapper, putty knife, spraying machine etc., at all heights, complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by EIC.

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS :

WATERPROOFING ON DECK SLAB :-Surface Preparation: Cleaning the surfaces with Wire brushing and washing the treatment receiving surface area with water, so as to make the surface totally dust free to receive the treatment. Cracks shall be treated by chasing open cracks to form a “V” space groove of approx. 4 to 6 mm wide. The groove shall be cleaned with compressed air and thereafter sealed with polymer modified mortar which shall be admixed with SBR Latex, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP @ 2kg per bag of cement, prior to application of PMM, application of sealer coat inside the groove shall be carried out. Angle Fillet All the junctions of floor and vertical sides shall be provided with cement-sand CM 1:3 based angle fillet of 75 mm X 75 mm. The fillet mortar shall be admixed with a latex based additive, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP (Dosage -1 kg / 50 kg cement bag), that will provide strength and resistance to water leakage. Construction Joint Treatment: All construction/ Cold Joints in the Roof slab shall be opened in V-groove size to maximum depth of 25 mm. Fixing PVC Nozzle between 1 m center to center and injecting Cement, Water, Expansive Plasticizing Admixture for Cementitious Grouts, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete AM at a dosage of 225 gm/ Bag of Cement and Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP at a dosage of 1 kg/ Bag of Cement Slurry through proper Grouting Pump/Machine and sealing the joints with Polymer Modified Mortar using Cement : Sand = 1 : 4 and Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP @ 2 kg per Bag of Cement. After grouting, the nozzles must be cut and levelled with the roof slab. Providing and applying primer Dr.Fixit Cipoxy 16 D Primer using roller or brush as per manufacturer’s specification at a coverage of 6 - 8 sqmt/kg, Followed by supply and apply of Dr. Fixit Superseal 900, two component liquid applied, Hybrid Polyurea Polyurethane waterproofing membrane with the following technical parameters: 1. Solids Content: 82% 2. Tensile strength 15 Mpa as per ASTM D 412 3. Elongation at break 600% as per ASTM D 412 4. Shore A Hardness = 70 as per ASTM D 2240 5. Resistance to hydrostatic water pressure greater than 70 m as per ASTM D 5385 6. Static crack bridging 2 mm as per ASTM C 1305 7. Bond Strength to concrete 2 MPa as per ASTM D 7234 8. Puncture Resistance 1000 N as per ASTM E154 Apply the first coat of Dr. Fixit Superseal 900 on the surface using suitable brush, roller or airless spray coverage @ 1.0 kg/m2. Use spike roller to dislodge the entrapped air if any. Apply second coat in perpendicular direction after minimum 6 hrs of completion of first coat coverage@ 1.0 kg/m2 to achieve a DFT of 1.5 mm. Supply and spreading of 120 GSM non - woven Geotextile with proper overlaps of 50 mm. Protective Screed Providing and Laying 40 mm M25 grade concrete screed as a protection to the Waterproofing system admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ dozed at 200 mL/ 50 kg bag of cement. Bore Packing: All the pipes to placed / inserted in the core cut areas, shall be wrapped around by the Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape, a twin sided adhesive tape or by sand broadcasting over a slurry coat of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP : Cement as 1:1 by volume and placed appropriately to be grouted around the cut bores. Grouting the gaps between the pipe and the core cutting by an expansive cementitious grout Dr. Fixit Pidigrout 10M that shall be poured into the gaps after fixing in place an effective leak-free shuttering.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing of make Jindal Stainless (JSL) made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge,

Supplying, lowering, laying, RCC SPUN PIPES of class and internal dia mentioned below conforming to IS:458 with necessary collars, laid to correct grade and levels at and at all depths below plinth level including cutting to lengths, jointing with hemp yarn and cement mortar 1:1, caulking the joints and finishing, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed.

a) 150mm NB NP-2

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. (c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrationsand serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing d) Aluminium framing work over MS tubular structural frame work using 50x50 mmX1.6 mm Alluminium hollow square section of make Jindal/Hindalco or approved equiavalent. The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium item.s The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

Supplying and fixing Hollow Titanium/Platinum letter (Hindi, English, Telugu) of min 22 inch in height and minimum 15 inches of width backing with premium quality LED waterproof lights, fixed up to height of 15 mtr inline and level including all electrical accessories complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge (Near by Electrical Source will be provided by the department.

Supply and fixing of 16-18mm thick polished and machine cut Z-black granite stone plaque of required size including machine engraving of gold color text and logos, fixing of plaque either using granular sand particles mixed with araldite or other special adhesive of approved make over 12mm cement mortar (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) or using tile adhesive MYKlaticreet 335 or approved equivalent, including make the surface rough before fixing of plaque, complete as directed by EIC.

Providing grouting (including tamping) for foundations, structures, equipments, base plates, anchor holes, etc., with non-shrink, free flow grout of shrinkhomp-30N/Sqmm of M/S A.C.C, Fosroc or equivalent mixed with filler like sand in 1:1, including shuttering wherever necessary at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level complete as specified and directed. note: Weight of grout used in the work will be measured for payment. However, the rate quoted shall inclusive of all materials.

Supplying and fixing 110mm dia GRADE A uPVC UV-Stabilised soil / waste/rain water pipes (conforming to IS 13592) and fittings (conforming to IS 14735) laid in floor & on exposed faces of wall of Ashirvad/Supreme make, including scaffolding, removal of existing pipelines if any, laying the pipe below floor / ground to proper slope and gradient, jointing the pipe with Solvent Cement/Rubber ring gasket, ensuring water-tightness for the pipes laid as per codal provisions, cutting to the required length including short pieces, fittings with & without door, assorted fittings such as plugs, tees, couplers, reducers, cross tees, reducing tees, elbows, bends, cleaning pipe, single & double Y, vent cowl, gaskets, offsets, Tank / WC connectors, cowls, etc, complete as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete including two coats of approved primer and two coats of ready mix paint as per IS 164 etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/ bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting.The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m. MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm at both ends with 50cm long MS angle 40x40x6mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing/direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work).

Supplying, fabricating and erecting / fixing in position the 200mm NB pipe either inside plant building / in yard, at all elevations as indicated in the relevant drawings. Following specified materials shall be used. (1) Pipe: Carbon steel bevelled end seamless pipes conforming to ASTM A 106 Gr.B & dimensions conforming to ANSI B36.10 of approved make M/s MSL / M/s Jindal / M/s Tata (2) Fittings & Flanges: Carbon Steel fittings and flanges confirming to IS:6392 and dimensions conforming to ANSI B16.5 for Class 150 with 3mm thk neoprene gaskets of suitable grade, fastened using suitable carbon steel bolts, nuts and washers, as directed by EIC. (3) Welding & Clamping: Pipes to be welded using E-6010 / E-6011 / E-6012 / E-6013 / ER-308L electrodes of make M/s Ador / Advani / D&H / Phillips and to be supported with suitable clamps on mild steel structural frame work / tee supports. (4) Painting: Pipes to be painted with 2 coats synthetic enamel paint of make M/s Asian Berger over one coat of zinc chromate primer after proper surface preparation to the satisfaction of EIC. (5) Testing & commissioning: Pipelines to be DP tested and hydraulically tested segment wise at a pressure of 15 bar followed by flushing and commissioning including cost of all consumables, labour, etc., complete as directed by EIC

Extra over painting of pipe lines for providing Coating and wrapping of the pipe lines (including fittings) consisting of one coat each of coal tar primer and enamel, cold wrap of impregnated fibre glass, of suitable width, of PIPEKOTE or Rust free make, including thermofusioning of polyethylene layer of coat using thermo torch, seal coating, overlapping not less than 25mm, testing of coating by holiday testing conforming to IS 10221, cleaning pipes etc., complete and total thickness of coat not less than 4 mm, complete as specified and directed.

DISMANTLING ITEMS:

Dismantling very carefully the existing Plain/reinforced cement concrete at all depths and heights below and above plinth level using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including cutting the reinforcement and transporting bars to departmental stores disposing the debris within the lead of 50 m complete as specified and directed

Dismantling very carefully the existing Brick/RR masonry/brick bat coba water proofing/other water proofing in basement below/above FFL at all depths and heights including erection of suitable scaffolding, stacking of useful materials and disposing the the unserviceable debris within the lead of 50m etc., complete as specified and directed,

Dismantling old plaster, raking out joints and cleaning the surfaces for plaster including scaffolding, disposal of debris to the dumping ground within NFC for all leads., complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing aluminum/wooden/MS/Metallic/Non-metallic doors/windows/partition/jallis of all types carefully removing of glass panels, particle boards,chowkhats, holdfasts, fixtures, fittings etc., with all necessary scaffolding and stacking properly at a distance of 100m and depositing the same in NFC store as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling very carefully the existing MS/GI/CI/RCC pipe of various dia upto 300mm for various service lines/hand rail with all fittings and fixtures etc., cutting the pipeline after shutdown, stacking with in NFC for all leads, including providing dummy flanges with approporiate gasket to the remaining pipe.

Removing carefully existing chainlink fabric from angle iron posts and struts by removing hook bolts, nuts, etc, straightening GI rods (vertical as well as horizontals) etc., rolling back the removed chainlink, collecting hooks, bolts and nuts, stacking including removing barbed wire, cutting of iron angle posts, dismantling of PCC pedestals, transporting the materials to Departmental stores etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Only the area of the chain link fabric will be measured for payment.

Dismantling the existing MS tubular gate/partition including cutting the steel posts / removing hold fasts from wall staking and handing over useful materils to departmental stores,disposing the unserviciable debris NFC for all leads, etc., complete as specified.

Dismantling very carefully the existing structural steel work at all levels in MS structural sections like angles, channels, MS plain/chequered plates, flats, tubular gates etc., including scaffolding, cutting of structural steel members by gas cutters or by any approved method, removing the nuts, bolts etc., as required, lowering stacking the reusable material at site and transporting the material to Departmental stores etc., complete as directed

Demolishing pitching/soling/paver blocks/kerb stones in roads, floors, drains, bituminous roads etc. including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead

Dismantling cement Asbestos sheet or other material roofing/false ceiling along with ridges, hips, valleys and gutters, any other fittings including scaffolding and stacking the material within NFC for all leads.

Rebate for Taking away dismantled MS/Wooden/Aluminium/Plastic Windows/Doors/false ceiling/false flooring along with glass, door/window frames (Opening Size will be measured for payment) by the contractor
