Supply and Fabrication at Factory, Pre Engineered Frames, Purlins, Side cladding runners (Girts), sky lights, roof extractors, ventilators etc., by cutting, welding, straightening at workshop, conveying, assembling, erecting at work site at all levels by bolts and nuts including subsequent field welding, drilling, grinding, bolting wherever required and hoisting in position for structural steel work. 2) Torquing machine gun shall be used for torquing of bolts.
3) Required number of Boom lifters/scissor lifters shall be deployed for working at heights at no extra cost.

Supply and application of KEMPEROL V 21O OF KEMPER SYSTEM GERMANY over rain water gutter through its authorized applicators recommended by the company up to 2.0 mm thick by using three component liquid applied system based on unsaturated polyester resin with polyester fleece as reinforcement in the following steps .
1. On the previously prepared surface apply, KEMPEROL EP Primer evenly with the help of a Nylon Brush. 2.Sprinkle silica sand (0.3 to 0.7 mm) @ 200-300 gm per Sqm on the wet primer. 3. After 4-6 hrs of drying time (depending upon temperature and humidity) of primed surface apply KEMPEROL V 210 mix with help of a Nylon roller or Brush.
4.Roll out the KEMPEROL Fleece over the KEMPEROL V 210 wet mix. (overlaps of Kemperol fleece should be not less than 50mm over the joints).
5. Remove all wrinkles and then saturate completely with KEMPEROL V 210. The tensile strength of the complete system/ membrane should be more then @ 6.25 N/mm2 and Elongation more than 74 % (with Fleece). etc complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Note: The contractor shall furnish warranty as per prescribed proforma for maintaining the roof/gutter leak proof for a minimum period of 10 years. The warranty shall be given by authorised applicator and countersigned by contractor.

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal fire rated doors as per IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 for stability and integrity. Pressed Galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Recommended fire door shall have doors tested at CBRI or ARAI for maximum rating of 2hrs with vision panel. Test certificates should be available for vision lites /panels as part of the fire door assembly. Independent glass test certificates will not be accepted. Manufacturer test certificate shall cover doors both single and double leaf and all doors supplied should be within the tested specimen, deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates are not allowed. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory. Approved manufacturer Shakti Hormann or approved equivalent. Door frame shall be double rebate profile of size 125 x 55 mm made out of 1.60mm (16gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Rubber door silencers should be provided on the striking jamb. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall/RCC column opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement & sand slurry necessary for fire doors on the clear masonry/RCC column opening. Door leaf shall be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 1.2mm (18guage) minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. XI. WATERPROOFING :

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations:
(a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment.
(b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs.
(c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg / sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge.
(d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep.
NOTE :- 1)The treatment shall be tested by ponding water for a period of 10 days. If due to location of rain water pipes the average thickness of treatment exceeds 110 mm for easy flow of water the extra brickbat coba will be paid as extra item and the rate for the same to be got approved from the Department before execution 2) The waterproofing treatment is to be guaranteed for bone-dry condition for a period of 10 years in the prescribed proforma. 3) The measurement for payment shall be the entire area of terrace covered by the treatment measured between brick/concrete parapets without plaster and the area of vatas calculated by taking the length of vatas and the height above the finished level of the terrace.

WATERPROOFING ON DECK SLAB :-Surface Preparation: Cleaning the surfaces with Wire brushing and washing the treatment receiving surface area with water, so as to make the surface totally dust free to receive the treatment. Cracks shall be treated by chasing open cracks to form a “V” space groove of approx. 4 to 6 mm wide. The groove shall be cleaned with compressed air and thereafter sealed with polymer modified mortar which shall be admixed with SBR Latex, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP @ 2kg per bag of cement, prior to application of PMM, application of sealer coat inside the groove shall be carried out. Angle Fillet All the junctions of floor and vertical sides shall be provided with cement-sand CM 1:3 based angle fillet of 75 mm X 75 mm. The fillet mortar shall be admixed with a latex based additive, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP (Dosage -1 kg / 50 kg cement bag), that will provide strength and resistance to water leakage.
Construction Joint Treatment: All construction/ Cold Joints in the Roof slab shall be opened in V-groove size to maximum depth of 25 mm. Apply the first coat of Dr. Fixit Superseal 900 on the surface using suitable brush, roller or airless spray coverage @ 1.0 kg/m2. Use spike roller to dislodge the entrapped air if any. Apply second coat in perpendicular direction after minimum 6 hrs of completion of first coat coverage@ 1.0 kg/m2 to achieve a DFT of 1.5 mm. Supply and spreading of 120 GSM non - woven Geotextile with proper overlaps of 50 mm.
Protective Screed
Providing and Laying 40 mm M25 grade concrete screed as a protection to the Waterproofing system admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ dozed at 200 mL/ 50 kg bag of cement.

XVII UTILITITES AND FIRE HYDRANT LINE:

Supplying, fabricating and erecting / fixing in position the piping either inside plant building / in yard, at all elevations as indicated in the relevant drawings. Following specified materials shall be used. (1) Pipe: Carbon steel bevelled end seamless pipes conforming to ASTM A 106 Gr.B & dimensions conforming to ANSI B36.10 of approved make;
(2) Fittings & Flanges: Carbon Steel fittings and flanges confirming to IS:6392 and dimensions conforming to ANSI B16.5 for Class 150 with 3mm thk neoprene gaskets of suitable grade, fastened using suitable carbon steel bolts, nuts and washers, as directed by EIC.
(3) Welding & Clamping: Pipes to be welded using E-6010 / E-6011 / E-6012 / E-6013 / ER-308L electrodes of make M/s Ador / Advani / D&H / Phillips and to be supported with suitable clamps on mild steel structural frame work / tee supports. (4) Painting: Pipes to be painted with 2 coats synthetic enamel paint of make M/s Asian Berger over one coat of zinc chromate primer after proper surface preparation to the satisfaction of EIC.

Supply and fixing of 25 x 6 mm hot dip galvanised GI strip for lightning protection at a height of 27M and 12M by clamping on roof sheets/walls/columns with insulators, clamps and all required hardware.
Note: The strips shall be laid as per IS/IEC 62305 on the top of buildings/PEB sheds to act as horizontal conductors of air termination network. These shall be fixed on support insulators of SMC/DMC type at regular interval of 1 Meter. The SMC/DMC insulators shall be rated for 1.1kV and shall be manufactured by CPRI approved vendors shall only. Suitable test certificates are to be submitted for approval of the department before procurement. The support insulators shall be fixed on rooftop /PEB shed sheets by using suitable adhesive. The properties of adhesive should be same as Lord 810 & Accelerator 20GB.
For overlapping 25X6 mm joints, length of the overlap shall not be less than 20 mm. Contact surface shall first be cleaned and then inhibited from oxidation with a suitable non- corrosive compound.
The joints shall be painted with two coats of metallic aluminium paint.Suitable test certificate shall be submitted for galvanisation of GI strip and insulators used as per applicable IS from accredited labs.
