Turfing of carpet grass by Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh growths after 10 to 15 days and then fine dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts and Providing and fixing Neelgiri/Mexican grass turf with earthy 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light, watering with sprinkler and maintenance for two months from the date of completion of work or more till the grass establish properly as per direction of officer incharge.

Deleopement of lawn by Planting of Selection 1 / Shade grass including Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 30 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh growths after 10 to 15 days and then fine dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts.Grassing with selection No. 1 doob grass/shade grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for two months from the date completion of work or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for mowing includingsupplying good earth, if needed (the grass and good earth shall be paid for separately)tilzers , pesticdes etc., and maintenance of the lawn for one month from the date of completion of plantation, free from weeds and fit for mowing etc., completee as directed bt Engineer-in-charge . (Fertilizers and pesticides shall be paid for separately).

Preparation of area for planting of various varieties of flowering plants including excavation of pits to a size of 450 mmx 450 mm x 450 mm , refilling the area with mixture of approved red earth and manure to a required quantity as directed EIC in the existing pit, rough dressing, and fine dressing, supplying and planting of following plants and maintaining them for a period of two months from the actual date of completion of plantation including watering, weeding, spraying necessary chemicals to control pest and diseases, periodical trmming , , disposal of rubbish within a lead of 2 Km as per specifications and as directed. a) Flowering plants and foliage plants like Ixora miniature,Different lilles, Lantana different colors, plumbago, Tabernaemontana miniature , Pendanus,, Allamanda, Ficus panda, etc., (Not less than 300 mm in height).

Preparation of area for planting of various varieties of flowering plants including excavation of pit to a size of 450 mm x 450mmx 450 mm, refilling the area with mixture of approved red earth and manure to a required quantity as directed by EIC in the existing pit, rough dressing, and fine dressing, supplying and planting of following plants and maintaining them for a period of two months from the actual date of completion of plantation including watering, weeding, spraying necessary chemicals to control pest and diseases, periodical trmming , , disposal of rubbish within a lead of 2 Km as per specifications and as directed. a) Flowering plants and foliage plants like Pisonia alba, cesalpenia, Tecoma stans, Ixora, Tecoma coodisoodi etc., (Not less than 600 mm in height).

Preparation of area for planting of various varieties of flowering and foliage creepers including excavation of pit to a size of 450 mm x 450mmx 450mm , refilling the area with mixture of approved red earth and manure to a required quantity in the existing pit, rough dressing, and fine dressing, supplying and planting of following flowering and non flowering creepers and maintaining them for a period of two months from the actual date of completion of plantation including watering, weeding, spraying necessary chemicals to control pest and diseases, periodical trmming , , disposal of rubbish within a lead of 2 Km as per specifications and as directed. a) Flowering creepers like Allamanda Creeper Bougainvilla, Quisqualis indica, cats claw,petrea volubilis, jasmine grandiflorum, passiflora, vernonia etc., (Not less than 600 mm in height).

Preparation of area for planting of Royal palm/fox tail palm by excavation of pit to a size of 600 mm x600mmx 600mm including refilling the area with mixed approved red earth and manure to a required quantity , in the existing pit, rough dressing, and fine dressing, supplying and planting of Royal palm/ fox tail palm / any other approved palm variety and maintaining them for a period of two months from the actual date of completion of plantation including watering, weeding, spraying necessary chemicals to control pest and diseases, periodical trmming , , disposal of rubbish within a lead of 2 Km as per specifications and as directed. (Not less than 1500 mm in height).

Trees-Preparation of area for planting of various varieties of flowering plants, refilling the area with approved red earth and manure to a required quantity @ 5:3 ratio, to a depth of 400 mm in the existing pit, rough dressing, and fine dressing, supplying and planting of following plants and maintaining them for a period of two months from the actual date of completion of plantation including watering, weeding, spraying necessary chemicals to control pest and diseases, periodical trmming , , disposal of rubbish within a lead of 2 Km as per specifications and as directed. a) Flowering plants and foliage trees like Michelia champaca, Jacranda, Spathpdea, Mimusops elongi, Bombax ceiba, Lagerstroemia Terminalia arjuna, Kadamba, etc., (Not less than 1500 mm in height).

Preparation of area for planting of various varieties of seasonal plants including digging of pits to a size of 300mmx 300mmx300mm and , refilling the area with mixture of approved red earth and manure to a required quantity in the existing pit, rough dressing, and fine dressing, supplying and planting of following plants and maintaining them for a period of two months from the actual date of completion of plantation including watering, weeding, spraying necessary chemicals to control pest and diseases, periodical trmming , , disposal of rubbish within a lead of 2 Km as per specifications and as directed. a) Seasonal flowering plants like petunia, marigold, calendula, crysanthemmum, coleus, gazania, kochia, salvia etc., (Not less than 200 mm in height).

Polythene sheet- Supplying for laying of 100 micron LDPE polythene sheet (Black color-Agriculture mulching purpose) for control of weeds in lawn development work at different places including all leads and lifts etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, laying & commissioning in position PVC pipe of Finolex/Supreme/Sudhakar/Prince make conforming to IS:4985:2000 and suitable for withstanding minimum 6kg/cm2 working pressures with all fittings and accessories e.g. couplings, tees, bends, reducers, screwed adapters, flanged tail pieces,Solvent Cement etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work excavation over areas Earthwork excavation by mechanical means/manual means over areas for all depths in all soils other than soft and hard rock and including dewatering if necessary, dressing the bottom to the required levels, back filling with approved excavated earth in layers not exceeding 250mm, leveling watering, consolidating, clearing the areas involving excavation of all grass, rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, cutting of trees upto 300mm girth measured at 1.0mtr above ground level, disposing the surplus excavated materials within a distance of 1KM etc.
