If due to location of rain water pipes the average thickness of treatment exceeds 110 mm for easy flow of water the extra brickbat coba will be paid as extra item and the rate for the same to be got approved from the Department before execution 2) The waterproofing treatment is to be guaranteed for bone-dry condition for a period of 10 years in the prescribed proforma. 3) The measurement for payment shall be the entire area of terrace covered by the treatment measured between brick/concrete parapets without plaster and the area of vatas calculated by taking the length of vatas and the height above the finished level of the terrace.

Conducting the following in-situ non-destructive tests on the RCC structural members like footings, columns, beams, slabs etc.,Based the recommendations of visual inspection reports as per the department requirement for base level data or for structural condition assessment and submit the detailed report of investigation in conjunction with the visual inspection report, furnishing test results /findings and recommendations etc. to arrive the present condition of the structure, identifying the structural elements that needs to be rehabilitatted, the specification of materials and methodology for rehabilitation including scaffolding, labour required for Conducting the tests at all heights and depths etc complete.(1)The rates quoted shall be inclusive of providing necessary scaffolding upto 3.50m height from floor level.(2) Scaffolding required for external members shall be done by contractors and will be paid under relevant items. 4. Survey should be conducted by an experienced graduate civil and electrical engineers not less than 15 yrs experience or by NDT level II certified Engineer.The holes of core shall be refilled with cement mortar 1:1
NOTE: Visual inspection of structure as being done by other agency and the copy of the report of each building will be furnished to the NDT report preparation progressively.
(i) Submission of documentation of damage in the RCC structures like presence of distress (crack mapping), spallings, visual deformation and surface condition etc through drawings and photographs, classification of members based on results /findings into Fairly damaged, Moderately damaged, Severely damaged members, identifying minimum of 3 (Three) members from each of the above classification for in-situ testing to arrive the present condition of the structure, recommendations for rehabilitation / restoration of RCC members if required, the specification of materials and methodology for the rehabilitation /restoration of the structure or providing baseline data for the structure as envisaged by Engineer- in- charge upto 3.0m .To be read in conjunction with the visual inspection report given by other agencies.

Providing and making earth station comprising of 17 mm dia 3m long earthing electrode of high tensile low carbon steel rod molecularly bonded 250 micron copper coating on the outer surface, UL listed, filling bore with suitable earth enhancement compound as per IEC 62561-7 & manufacturer's standard, surrounding the earth electrode complete with all required materials & instructions of EIC. Note: The scope includes :- 1) Installation of earth rods including making pit/ drilling suitable size bore holes in normal soil/ hard rock as per manufacturer's recommendations & design. 2) Exothermic welding of joints between earth electrode & GI / tinned Cu strip and between GI / tinned Cu strips, used for interconnection of earth electrodes.
