Providing and Fixing Trapezoidal profiled Galvalume Sheets for roofings and claddings using sheets in 0.5mm TCT (Total Coated Thickness) and strength not less than 350 N/Sqmm including flashings, corners, ridges, eaves boards,gutters rain water down take pipes etc., of approved make including fixing the sheets with Stainless Steel self tapping, self drilling and self fastening screws, and EPDM Washers, etc., all complete as directed. for Roofing and cladding with colour coated Galvalume sheets & Rain water pipes, etc.

Supplying and fixing 3mm thick FRP Translucent sheets made from Thermo setting polyster Resin (Glass Fibre reinforced) UV Resistant, of confirming to BIS 12866 including all overlaps, mitering, fixing with GI J or L Hook bolt and nuts of 8mm dia along with required PU washers or powder coated self tapping screws etc., required for leak proof joints, cutting the sheets to the required size including safety net, roof walk ladders etc., complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position approved quality weather tight accessories such as ridge piece (PAIR), in required shape and profile made of fibre reinforced cement including neessary cutting, profiling, sealants, flat iron buckets, EBDM/beadings etc all complete in accordance with approved manufacture's standard practice using all appropriate safety devises as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Each pair together measured for RM.

Providing and fixing in position approved quality weather tight accessories such as CORNER PIECE, various types of flashing, gutters (including straps), trims in roofing, cladding in required shape and profile made of fibre reinforced cement corrugated sheets including necessary cutting , profiling, sealant, flat iron buckets, EBDM/beading etc all complete in accordance with approved manufacturer's standard practice and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Making required groove at gable end of the buildings for removing the damagaed roofing sheets and filling the same with cement concrete 1:3:6 finished with cement mortar 1:4 finishing it smooth after fixing the new roofing sheets including all tools, required steel scaffolding etc, complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and Fixing of Polycarbonate sheets of 2.0mm thick, pressed to matching through corrugations of roofing of GE/TUFFLITE/Everest equivalent make(as approved by Engineer-In-Charge) for Sky lights including sealing around sheets with GE/TUFFLITE siliconates or any other sealent, treating for rainproof,fixing sheeting with powder coated self tapping screws etc., complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:-Minimum scaffolding to be brough to site shall be 25% of total scaffolding required for each shed/building or 250 Sqm which ever is less for qualifying for payment under this item as primafacie. The only elevational area of the scaffolding material brought to site shall be measured for payment purpose once only irrespective of any number of activities carried out. Scaffolds shall be stripped after completion of all activies and clearance of EIC. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding and repetition for stripping & erection for the contract period including time extensions if any. Seperate Scaffolding shall be made available for working simultaneously for various sheds which will be measured for payment seperately as required subsequently.

Providing scissor lifter/Boom lifter for Lifting the new roof sheets orTaking down the existing broken roof sheets from height of 10M to 20M to ground level and carefully stacking the materials at a lead of 100m, Including operaters,labour,fuel cost etc., Complete and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:1).Minimum 25 days of work will be allotted, accordinly machinery shall be made available at site. 2) Fifty percentage of quoted rate per day will be paid if the work front/site is not available for working.3). This item is applicable where ever the erection of scaffolding is not possible.

Engaging truck mounted 100 feet boom lifter for Lifting of roof sheets, tools, materials as required at site, cuttting of tree /tree branches of varying sizes at all heights etc., Including fuel , transport, maintenanace , driver, and any other expenditure to be burn by contractor complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Complete and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:1).Minimum 25 days of work will be allotted, accordingly machinery shall be made available at site. 2) Fifty percentage of quoted rate per day will be paid if the work front/site is not available for working.3). This item is applicable where ever the erection of scaffolding is not possible.

Dismantling very carefully the existing structural steel work at all levels in MS structural sections like angles, channels, MS plain/chequered plates, flats,MS gates etc., including scaffolding, cutting of structural steel members by gas cutters or by any approved method, removing the nuts, bolts etc., as required, lowering stacking the reusable material at site and transporting the material to Departmental stores etc., complete as directed

Supply, Fabrication and erection of Rain Water Gutters made to required shape using 6 mm thick or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge M S plate conforming to IS:2062 of makes SAIL, Vizag Steel, Jindal or from any manufacturer's source making plate using ingots of above, including required bending and strightenng of sheet at all heights, cutting, welding (using welding rods of D&H, ADVANI, PHILIPS) and other minor supporting structureal members for Rain, Water Gutter etc., including painting with one coat of aproved red oxide Zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic paint for steel surfaces, cleaning by approved means complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel work using Rolled Steel Joists, Beams, Channels, Plates, etc., at all levels above and below plinth level including supplying of steel sections and plates conforming to BIS 2062 of make Vizag Steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal Ispat or any other approved manufacturer using ingots of above manufacturer make, loading, unloading, transporting the steel to site of work, cutting, fabricating using welding/bolts, using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Philips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source, erecting using derricks/pulleys/cranes/Scaffolding or any suitable means, fixing in position and painting with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint as per manufacturers Specifications of make Asian Paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Nerolac, cleaning the sections /plates by suitable means, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint on steel structures of existing Roof including Trusses, purlins, structural columns, tiles, stiffeners, gantry Beams etc., at all heights using Asian/ Berger / Nerolac make paint of 1st quality with required shade including steel scaffolding wherever needed cleaning and preparing the existing surfaces by sand papering, brushing with wire brushes, scraping with steel scrapper etc., filling in crevices and cracks etc., with approved filler etc., complete as specified and directed. Note:-Painted Area of Individual members shall be measured and considered for payment. In 3(Three) coats including a coat of zinc chromate Red oxide primer of approved make.

Transportation of dismantled/ removed damaged AC sheets, FRP sheets, gutters, ridges etc. generated including loading, transportion out of NFC and to be disposed off through a Municipal Solid Waste management agency/ establishment, Ramkey or any approved licensed agency and disposed off in safe manner as per CPCB norms and providing a certificate to this extent

Providing MS grills using 12mm square bars including fabricating, welding painting with one coat approved red oxide zinc chromate primer with two coats of synthetic enamel paint etc., to flat of requisite size fixing the grills in position as requires and directed by EIC

Supplying and fixing of 24 inch SS304 wind driven turbo ventilators of size (410mmX735mm) with38 to 42 nos of vanes of 0.5mm thick rolled formed SS steel having double permanetly lubricated and sealed bearing of heavy quality, to be mounated on UV treated FRP/Polycarbonate Base plate ( More than 60% light Transmission fixing with Fiber reinforced cement/galvalume corrugated roof sheeting with suitable SS self tapping screw/galvanised J bolts, making it leak proof with FRP Coating if required, complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes of 110 mm diameter conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. (i) Single socketed pipes. (Makes of Prince, Premium or approved equivalent)

Cutting carefully tree branches of different sizes leaning over the pathway or building, sheds at all heights, cutting the branches into pieces for easy trasportation, conveying and stacking at a place as shown upto a lead of 2.00 km including all tools, tackeles etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed. Note: 1.The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 35% of pozzolanas.

Cement Concrete design mix of Grade M20 by insitu mixing using Weigh Batcher or RMC of Ultra Tech, Birla Ready Mix at all depths/heights below/above plinth level using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with river/manufactured/robo sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. Fosroc, Demech, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., including Formwork. complete as specified and directed by EIC.

Lead Charges for Disposal of Assorted waste(any kind of scrap) from the various plants of NFC to the designated areas with a lead upto 2km. Including loading,transporitng unloading,etc., as directed by EIC. Note: 1). Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurements with deduction of voids @ 35% for assorted waste. 2).The size of tractor trolley shall not be less than 3.00 m x 1.90 m x 0.80 m.

EARTHING SYSTEM: MAINTENANCE FREE EARTHING SYSTEM :

Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of maintenance free earthing system & associated works, etc. complete as per specifications & instructions of E-I-C. A. Providing and making earth station comprising of 17 mm dia 3m long earthing electrode of high tensile low carbon steel rod molecularly bonded 250 micron copper coating on the outer surface, UL listed, filling bore with suitable earth enhancement compound as per IEC 62561-7 & manufacturer's standard, surrounding the earth electrode complete with all required materials & instructions of EIC. Note: The scope includes :- 1) Installation of earth rods including making pit/ drilling suitable size bore holes in normal soil/ hard rock as per manufacturer's recommendations & design. 2) Exothermic welding of joints between earth electrode & GI / tinned Cu strip and between GI / tinned Cu strips, used for interconnection of earth electrodes. B. Providing & making concrete chamber (1:2:4) of size 600 x 600 x 600 mm (inside dimension) with 10 mm thick MS hinged cover mounted on 40 x 40 x 5 mm thick angle iron frame, 50 x 6 mm & 150 mm long GI equipotential bar mounted inside chamber as per instructions of EIC. (For housing Equipotential bar) Note: The date of testing and earth resistance value shall be written on the cover with black base with yellow paint. Make of earth pits: Ashlok/ERICO/JEF

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning following heavily hot dipped GI earth strip for ground conductors fixed with no.10 GI wood screws & 1-2 mm thick GI saddles with G.I machine screws or in ground at 750mm below, interconnection of earth strip with welded joints and GI nut bolts & washers, painting with two coats of metallic Aluminium paint for above ground portion & painting with two coats of black bituminous compound for earth strip in ground etc. all as per drawing, specifications and as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. Note excavation for this item measured seperately & conductor used as down conductors. Note: Galvanization shall be witnessed before supply of material at manufacturers works
