Distempering with Acrylic washable Distemper of Asian / Berger/ Nerolac make of first quality and required shade over walls, ceiling etc., including Cup lock type scaffolding, cleaning the existing surfaces by sand papering,preparation of surfaces, filling in crevices, cracks, etc., with approved filler etc., complete all as specified and directed.

In 2(Two) coats over the previously distempered sirfaces.

In 3(Three) coats including a coat of cement primer of make specified above.

Painting with Acrylic emulsion paint of Asian/Berger/Nerolac makes of first quality and required shade over walls, ceilings etc., including Cup lock type scaffolding, cleaning the existing surfaces by sand papering, preparation of surfaces, filling in crevices and cracks etc., with approved filler etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of Asian/Berger/Nerolac make of 1st quality with required shade on wooden/steel doors, windows, ventilators, composite units, louvers, rolling shutters, hand rail and balustrades, plastered surfaces etc., including Cup lock type scaffolding, cleaning and preparing the existing surfaces by sand papering, brushing with wire brushes, scraping with steel scrapper etc., filling in crevices and cracks etc. with approved filler etc., complete as specified and directed.

On wooden surfaces of doors, windows, ventilators, louvers composite units etc.

In 2 ( Two) coats over the proviously painted surfaces

In 3 ( three ) coats including a coat of wood primer on wooden surface with makes specified above

On steel surfaces of doors, windows, rolling shutters, louvers, pillars, tubular gates etc.

in 3(Three) coats including a coat of a red oxide primer of make specified.

On plastered surfaces of internal walls, columns, ceiling etc.

Applying 2 (Two) coats of Polyurethane wood coating over a coat of French polishing on wooden surfaces at all heights above(including scaffolding) plinth level using Polyurethane wood coat of make Asian/MRF to obtain bright finish as required over a coat of wood filler including preparing the surface, scraping down the existing polishing by sand papering, filling up holes, cracks and crevices with approved putty etc., complete as specified and directed.

Painting with 2 (Two) coats of cement based water proofing paint “Snowcem Plus of required shade over the previously painted surfaces including Cup lock type scaffolding, cleaning the existing surfaces with sand papering etc., preparing the surfaces, filling in crevices and cracks with approved filler, making good all patches, cracks,holes, etc., with approved exterior fillers finishing, curing, applying cement primer over patches etc.,complete as specified and as directed.

Painting exterior walls with 2 (two) coats of antifungal, acrylic painting having 100% acrylic (APEX - of Asian Paints or approved equivalent quality paints from Berger / Nerolac make and of required shade over a coat of stabilizing solution or prime coat including Cup lock type scaffolding, cleaning thoroughly all algal growth with wire brush, sand paper, etc., removing the loose particles and dust, surfaces, filling in crevices and cracks with approved filler, making good all patches, cracks, holes, etc., with approved exterior fillers, curing etc., all as per manufacturers specification & as directed upto a height of 10.00 m

Applying 2 (Two) coats of ready made putty of Birla wall care/J.K. Wall putty over a coat of cement primer of Asian/Berger/Nerolac make including cleaning the surface free from white wash, old paints/distemper etc., with steel scrapper, wire brush, sand paper etc., filling in crevices, holes, cracks with approved filler etc., finishing the surface neat and smooth without any undulations as specified and directed at all height including to required Cup lock type scaffolding.

Painting the surface of the road with 2 (two) coats of Special Synthetic enamel road marking paint Asian/Berger/ Nerolac and of required shade for speed breakers, dividing strips, kerb stones, etc., in suitable strips/bands, over a coat of cement primer of specified make above including cleaning and preparing the surfaces, removing the earth by excavation wherever required, providing necessary barricades, caution boards, removing the barricades and caution boards after painting, clearing the roads for traffic etc.,complete all as directed.

Providing one coat of aliphatic polyurethane coating to DFT 30 microns using APCOTHANE CF 675 of Asian paints or BERGER - THANE Finish of Berger paints as top coat for chain link fencing,steel surfaces and other shutters at all heights, applying with suitable means complete as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge at all height including required Cup lock type scaffolding.

Providing and applying three finished coats of epoxy based polyamine/polyamide cured special acid and alkali resistant paint of ASIAN / BERGER / BASF / STP / HUNTSMAN-Araldite make and tint including preparing the surfaces, scraping, filling holes, cracks, joints, wherever necessary with epoxy based trowelling compound including preparation of the surfaces and etching with 10% commercial hydrochloric acid wherever necessary, neutralizing the etched areas by washing with 5% solution of soda ash, applying one coat of pigmented epoxy based primer followed by one coat of epoxy based trowelling compound,cutting and grinding the surfaces wherever necessary using waterproof quality emery paper as per manufacturers’ recommendations and as per specifications and cost of all materials, Cup lock type scaffolding and labour involved.

Supplying and applying aliphatic acrylic breathable (having component of Silane / Siloxane coating compitable to the application on concrete surfaces for protection against chloride fumes, acidic gases, moisture etc. protective coatings at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level for the exposed finished concrete surfaces (both external and internal) with a priming coat of Silane / Siloxane blend dissolved in a penetrating organic matter at the rate of 0.4 lt/Sq.m and two coats of protective surface coating of best quality and approved shade at the rate of minimum 0.35 lt/Sq.m for each coat, U. V. resistant (also to resist the exposure to chlorine, fluorides and hydrochloric acid fumes) of make M/s.Fosroc chemicals (India) Ltd. / M/s. Demach, / M/s. Sunanda Chemicals / M/s. Krishna Conchem Products Pvt. Ltd. / Huntsman Araldite with necessary steel Cup lock type scaffolding, applying with suitable means, complete as per manufacturer’s recommendations, testing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge upto a height of 10m.

Applying two coats of two component, high build, self priming, rust encapsulating, modified epoxy coating of DFT 100 microns for each coat using “Rust-O-cap” metacare coating of Asian paints or Berger Protectomastic of Berger Paints over which one finishing coat of aliphatic polyurethane coating of DFT 30microns using APCOTHANE CF 675 of Asian paints or Berger – thane Finish of Berger Paints for existing steel structures at all elevations in various locations including required surface preparation and substrate condition as per the manufacturer’s recommendations upto a height of 10 m.

Providing intumescent Fire Retardent paint on M.S. and masonry surfaces in various locations and elevations as per BS:476-part 5,6 &7 of approved rate (Noble Paints or approved eqivalent) and shade.

On Masonry structures with 800 Micro structures with 800 microns FYRE PRUFFE in 3 to 4 coats ( upto 2 hours ratings )

On mild steel structures with FYRE Primer Zinc chromate primer to a Dry film thickness 1.8 to 2 .0 mm and 2 coats of FYRE PRUFFE.

Supplying & applying of Two coat of elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane of asain paint damp proof advance or Dulux Aquatech Flexible damp proof base coat or equivalent on repainted surface of wall and slabs and to be applied as per manufacture specification. The damp proof shall be appiled after suface preparation as specified and directed Engineer-In-Charge..

Painting with synthetic enamel paint on steel structures of Roof including Trusses, purlins, structuralcolumns, ties, stiffeners, gantry Beams etc., at all heights using Asian/ Berger / Nerolac make paint of 1st quality with required shade including steel Cup lock type scaffolding wherever needed cleaning and preparing the existing surfaces by sand papering, brushing with wire brushes, scraping with steel scrapper etc., filling in crevices and cracks etc., with approved filler etc., complete as specified and directed.

In 2(Two) coats.

In 3(Three) coats including a coat of zinc chromate Red oxide primer of approved make

Providing and filling cracks acrylic latex flexible crack filler compound “Dr. Fixit Crack-X’ by Pidilite Industries for filling plaster cracks in internal and external walls as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all height including required Cuplock type Cup lock type scaffolding.

Removing the existing damaged plaster surfaces, raking out joints and cleaning the surfaces for plaster including cuplock type Cup lock type scaffolding, disposal of debris to the dumping ground within 50 m lead.

Cement plastering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 in one operation with a floating coat of neat cement for the internal surfaces and sponge finish for the external surfaces, curing, Cup lock type scaffolding, cleaning etc.,complete as directed.

Repair of plaster of thickness up to 20 mm up to 4 story building or 15 mtr with Polymer Modified Cementitious mortar (proportion-Cement 50 kg :Silica 125kg: polymer liquid 10 liters) with necessary bond coat (polymer : cement =1:1 by volume) for tack coat Including cutting the patch in proper shape,curing, raking out the joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the wall, covering the flooring/window with tarpaulin or equivalent covering material cleaning of floor/Window throughly on completion of repair work etc. complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Note: Item is Including Cup lock type scaffolding, Tenderer may quote accordingly.

Finishing with two coats of exterior texture paint over a coat of suitable primer on walls at all heights using Asian/ Berger / Nerolac make paint of 1st quality with required shade including steel Cup lock type scaffolding wherever needed cleaning and preparing the existing surfaces by sand papering, brushing with wire brushes, scraping with steel scrapper etc., filling in crevices and cracks etc., with approved filler etc., complete as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing double Cup lock type scaffolding system,for heights above 3.0 Mtrs upto required Height made with 40 mm dia. M.S. Medium class tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup . MS jaali / Aluminium planks for working platform of minimum width of 900mm, etc. in the Cup lock type scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The Cup lock type scaffolding, system shall be stiffened with cross/ diagonal bracings, runners,connection with the building / permanent structure at regular intervals verticallly and horizontally etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen such as hand rail, toe boad, etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- The elevational area of the Cup lock type scaffolding parallel to wall face shall be measured for payment purpose.The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of Cup lock type scaffolding.

Removing whitewash or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smoothincluding Cup lock type scaffolding and necessary repairs to scratches for making ready the surface for new painting like distempering,emulsion etc. as specified and directed. Note :- Cleaning shall be done through vaccum cleaner and Portable scrapping machines.

Providing Colour scheme details for the existing building elevations. Note: Contractor shall submit four copies of color scheme elevations, out of four one will be finalised for colouring, payment will be made for one scheme only and scheme may be submitted for entire building.
