Cement Plastering 20 mm thick for Internal Walls/ Ceilings with Cement Mortar 1:4 including hacking of concrete surfaces, preparation of surfaces, erection and removing of suitable and safe steel/ tubular scaffolding, curing,cleaning throughly etc., complete as directed.

Sand Faced Plaster 20 mm thick in 2 (Two) coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces upto a height of 10 m with base coat of 12 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 and finishing coat in Cement Mortar 1:3, 8mm thick final rendering, double scaffolding wherever necessary, hacking of concrete surfaces, addition of Water Proofing Compound of make M/s. Fosroc, MBT, Sika, Sunanda Chemicals, etc.) @ 2% of weight of Cement for the Base Coat, cleaning throughly, etc., complete as directed.

Extra for above Sand Faced Plastering over exterior walls of height more than 10m from Ground level for every additional height of 3m or part there of, etc., complete as directed.

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic Smooth waterproof exterior finish emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS:15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Dept Tinted) with silicon additives. (Two or more coats applied at the rate of @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm. Including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm. Above Paints can be obtained from approved make from M/s. Asian, Berger, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, Pidilite or any other approved equivalent make, approved shade of exterior quality having 100% acrylic over 1 (One) coat of compatable and approved Cement Primer as per Manufacturers Specifications including preparing the surfaces, applying external Putty of M/s. Birla or its approved equivalent wherever required, applying and filling cracks wherever required with external filler, erection and removing of suitable and safe scaffolding, removing of materials of tenants,cleaning throughly and replacing the materials in position, etc., complete as directed.

Painting on existing Wooden surfaces with 2 (Two) coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved shade and make from M/s. Asian, Berger, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, Pidilite or from approved equivalent over 1 (One) coat of compatable and approved wood primer at all heights above Plinth Level including preparing surfaces, filling with approved Putty wherever required, erection and removing of suitable and safe scaffolding, removing of materials of tenants,cleaning throughly and replacing the materials in position etc., complete all as directed.

Painting on existing Steel Surfaces with 2 (Two) coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved shade and make from M/s. Asian, Berger, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, Pidilite or from approved equivalent over 1 (One) coat of approved Red Oxide Zinc Chromate Steel Primer at all heights above Plinth Level including preparing surfaces, filling with approved Putty wherever required, erection and removing of suitable and safe scaffolding, removing of materials of tenants,cleaning throughly and replacing the materials in position, etc., complete all as directed.

Painting Existing Internal Wall Surfaces with 2 (Two) coats of Low VOC Acrylic Washable Distemper of approved shade and make from M/s. Asian, Berger, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, Pidilite or from approved equivalent over 1 (One) coat of compatable and approved Cement Primer at all heights above Plinth Level including preparing the surfaces, filling with approved Putty wherever required, erection and removing of suitable and safe scaffolding, removing of materials of tenants,cleaning throughly and replacing the materials in position, etc., complete all as directed.

Cutting of Tree branches of various sizes in a tree by engaging 02 (two) cutting machines along with cutters and stacking of tree branches as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Truck mounted boom lift will be given to the contractor to carryout the cutting of tree branches wherever required)

Engaging truck mounted boom lift of 50 feet heights various sizes for cutting of tree,tree branches of varying sizes at all heights, etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Engaging tractor trolley (trolley capacity not less than 2.85 Cum) along with driver and labour for loading/unloading and transporting cut branches of various girths/vegetation and any other debris from various locations around the residential Blocks of CISF Complex premises within a lead of 03 (three) Km, etc., as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Contractor has to engage 01 (one) Tractor. 2. Minimum 05 (five) labours have to be engaged per tractor excluding driver. Payment will be deducted proportionately for not engaging minimum labour. 3. Minimum 08 (eight) trips shall be carried out by each tractor. Otherwise Payment will be deducted proportionately.
