Felling down carefully trees of girth (measured at a height of 1.0m above ground level) as mentioned below including necessary excavation, removal / destruction of roots, filling the excavated pockets thus formed with good earth, compacting the same, cutting the trunks and branches of trees into suitable pieces for transporting, transporting, stacking and disposing the same at the locations as directed by Engineer - in - Charge, etc., complete.

Beyond 60 cm girth upto and including 120 cm girth

Beyond 120 cm girth upto and including 240 cm girth

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared etc. complete as specified and directed.

ROOF SHEET AND CLADDING WORK :

Supplying and fixing Fibre Reinforcd Cement Corrugated sheets, 6mm thick of Charminar/ Visakha/ everest make conforming to IS 459 and laying as per IS 3007 at various elevations using necessary safety nets. Roof walk ladders and other standard safety devices including all overlaps, mitring, Supplying and fixing necessary 8mm dia galvanized iron 'J' or 'L' hooks of required lenght, bolts, nuts and EBDM washers as per manufactures code of Practice and cutting the sheets as required etc., complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Polycarbonate sheets of 2.0mm thick, pressed to matching through corrugations of roofing of GE/TUFFLITE equivalent make (as approved by Engineer-in-charge) for Sky lights including sealing around sheetswith GE/TUFFLITE siliconates or any other sealant, treating for rainproof, fixing sheeting with SS self tapping screws etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing in position approved quality weather tight accessories such as ridge place (PAIR), in required shape and profile made of fibre reinforced cement including neessary cutting, profiling, sealants, flat iron buckets, EBDM/beadings etc all complete in accordance with approved manufacture's standard practice using all appropriate safety devises as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position approved quality weather tight accessories such as CORNER PIECE, various types of flashing, gutters (including straps), trims in roofing, cladding in required shape and profile made of fibre reinforced cement corrugated sheets including necessary cutting , profiling, sealant, flat iron buckets, EBDM/beading etc all complete in accordance with approved manufacturer's standard practice and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Making required groove at gable end of the buildings for removing the damaged roofing sheets and filling the same with cement mortar 1:4, finishing it smooth after fixing the new fiber reinforced cement corrugted roofing sheets including all tools, required steel scaffolding etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Transportation of damaged roof sheets and debris etc., generated from above items by engaging tractor trolley including cost of fuel, wages of driver and required manpower for loading, transporting upto a lead of 2.0KM, unloading and stacking, material in the place shown by engineer-in-charge etc., complete as directed. (Note : The size of tractor trolly shall not be less than 3.0mX1.9mX0.45m) payment shall be made for each trip.

Transportation of dismantled/ removed damaged fiber reinforced cement corrugated sheets, FRP sheets, gutters, ridges etc. generated including loading, transportation out of NFC and to be disposed off through a Municipal Solid Waste management agency/ establishment, Ramkey or M/s HMEP or any approved licensec agency and disposed off in safe manner as per CPCB norms and providing a certificate to this extent.

PIPING AND ROOF GUTTER WORKS :

Providing and fixing of S.W.R Drainage System water pipes with necessary uPVC clamps and fittings in existing R.C.C. rain water gutter by making required opening in existing RCC gutter, fixing of SWR pipes and leakproof grouting with cement concrete 1:2:4 or as directed by engineer-in-charge.Pipes should conforming to IS 13592:92 and fittings conforming to IS14735:99 and are made as per international standards with injection moulded fitting jointing with approved synthetic adhesive seal ring conforming to IS 5382 embedding the slab junctions leakproof testing complete in line and plumb all as directed-110mm n.b.

Providing and fixing to the inlet mouth of rain water pipe cast iron grating 15 cm diameter and weighing not less than 440 grams.

Providing water proofing treatment to the roof gutters with cold applied, Acrylic Elastomeric liquid membrane coating over one coat of crystallization coating system Pidilite /Fosroc/Cica in the following sequence: a) Cleaning the surfaces from dirt, dust and other contaminations b) Identifying the areas of leakage by approved means. c) Pressure grouting the area of leakage with cement slurry admixed with expansive grouting additive Conbex 100 of M/s Armstrong or its approved equivalent at a minimum one grout point per 2 Sqm slab area. d) Exposing, cleaning and filling cracks observed in RCC slab with polymer modified mortar compound/PU sealant. e) Cutting 'V' grooves along concrete and masonry junctions and filling the same with single part Polyurethane sealant,. f) Pre wetting the surface of slab and application of one coat of crystallization coating system Xypex / Roofex@ 0.25 lt. /Sqm. g) Applying two coats of high soild, cold applied, Acrylic Elastomeric liquid membrane coating as primer coat at 1:1 dilution@ 250 ml/sqm/coat and 1st coat at 20% dilution @450ml/sqm/coat. h) Laying Fiber mesh on the surface. i) Over the Fiber mesh, Application of two coats of high solid, cold applied, Acrylic Elastomeric liquid membrane coating at 20% dilution @ 450 ml/sq.m/coat, all as per approved manufacturer’s specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Cleaning the fiber reinforced cement corrugated sheet/RCC/MS rain water Gutters of various sizes at all elevations above plinth level including conveying , lifting water to the required elevation, pouring in to rainwater down take pipes, poking and clearing the choke if any, collecting dry leaves, waste etc. which were accumulated over the gutters and conveying all the debris upto a lead of 100 metres placing in heaps at the places shown and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

LAYING OF R.C.C. DRAIN

CONCRETE WORKS :

Supplying, lowering, laying below mentioned nominal bore RCC SPUN PIPES (Class NP2) conforming to IS:458 with necessary collars, laid to correct grade, slope and level at and at all depths below plinth level including cutting to lengths, jointing with hemp yarn and Cement Mortar 1:2, caulking the joints, finishing, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed. 250 mm dia RCC pipe

Plain Cement Concrete with Nominal Mix 1:3:6 using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed, but excluding Formwork. for Storm Water Drain Mudmats, floors, ramps, aprons, etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Pozzolana in cement shall not exceed 35%

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using fly ash and cement content as per approved design mix, and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. NOTE- (1) Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately. (2) Fly ash conforming to grade I of IS 3812 (Part-1) only be used as part replacement of OPC as per IS : 456. Uniform blending with cement to be ensured in accordance with clauses 5.2 and 5.2.1 of IS:456 -2000 in the items of BMC and RMC . All works up to Plinth level.

Cutting the existing RCC slab/Floor including the existing floor finish using diamond floor saw/cutter neatly to the required length, shape, size up to a depth of 200 mm to floor trenches without damaging/distrubing the adjoining areas complete all as directed by EIC.

BRICK MASONARY WORK

Constructing brick masonry chamber for underground C.I. inspection chamber and bends with bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 455x610 mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover with frame to be not less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15 kg), R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and bed concrete etc. complete as per standard design: Inside dimensions 455x610 mm and 45 cm deep for single pipe line: With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation upto 7.5

C.I. COVER FOR INSPECTION CHAMBER

Providing and fixing C I gratings conforming to IS 1729 for rain water pipe entry mouths/filter bed, etc., including chasing making holes in existing masonry concrete surfaces, refilling with cement concrete 1:2:4 reinstating to the original conditions, painting with two coats of bitumastic paint, all in level and line complete as directed and specified for rain water mouths, filter bed.

STEEL WORKS

Supply, fabrication and erection of structural steel work using standard steel rolled sections and standard plain plates/ chequered plates conforming to IS2062, of M/s tata, vizag steel, Jindal or SAIL or any other make using ingots of above firms at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, transporting materials to site, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, welding (using welding rods of D&H, ADVANI, PHILIPS) / bolting for including painting with onr coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint (Asian paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Pedilite, Nerolac) of approved shade for all exposed surfaces, complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position Anchor Shells/Expansion shells of approved make of best quality of following sizes for anchoring supporting structural steel columns with necessary MS bolts of required size/length including drilling holes in RCC flooring, aligning bolts to position, proper level, Bolts,Washers Labour, etc., complete as directed. (10 mm to 16 mm dia of 140 mm long)

WIND DRIVEN TURBO VENTILATORS

Supplying and fixing of 24 inch SS wind driven turbo ventilators of size (410mm X 735mm) with 40 to 42 no of vanes of 0.5mm thick rolled formed ss steel having double permanently lubricated and sealed bearing of heavy quality, to be mounated on UV treated FRP Base plate (more than 60 % light transmission fixing with fiber reinforced cement corrugated Roof Sheeting With Suitable self tapping screw or with FRP Coating to make leak proof complete as directed by engineer-in charge.

DEMOLISHING WORKS

Removing the existing broken/cracked fiber reinforced cement corrugated roofing Sheets, ridges, hips, vallys, gutters, FRP roofing sheets etc., including G.I. Bolts, Nuts, washers and bitumen washers etc. carefully including required scaffolding and stacking the materials at a lead of 1.0 km as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Removing the damaged rainwater downtake pipes of all diameters from all heights, including clamps and stacking the pipes at notified area within a lead of 100m

Demolishing the existing plain cement concrete surfaces/bituminous surfaces along with soling carefully in flooring, platforms, drains etc. to the required size, using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including disposing of debris within a distance of 50 m etc., complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 meters lead in for channels, angles, tees, flats. (up to 15 meters height)
