Providing and fixing to existing door frames 24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. Providing and fixing precoated galvalum profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour: New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats)

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. a) One coat

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary:Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm).

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre) (If during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account).

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running verhicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial de-silting of manholes and de-chocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150 mm dia upto 300 mm

Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank ( independent staging) including disposal of silt and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations: (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The top surface shall not be considered for measurement though chlorination & ultravoilet raidiation shall be done for top surface)

Dismantling aluminium/ gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface of ail dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining outcomplete.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness (This item includes dismantling and hand over of existing floor door springs to deptt)

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. a) Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width

Providing and placing of 12 mm thick toughened glass sheet of approved brand and manufacture on top of bath room walls without causing any damage to walls and glass as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Replacement of existing false ceiling tiles with same quality tiles of approved make including handing over of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. a) 15 mm thick, light weight,fully perforated tegular/square/butt edge integral densified, false ceiling tiles of size 595x595 mm of Armstrong or equivalent make.

Cleaning of all tanks of existing 100 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) using suitable sewage pumps and mobile truck mounted septic tank cleaners etc all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (No maunual cleaning is allowed as the sewage tanks and manhole chambers consist of poisonous gases)

Repairing of leakage in existing vertical or horizontal sanitary pipes including clearing the blockages, if any, in the pipes and refixing all the accessories firmly to avoid leakage of water from the pipes. The work includes all the materials and labour required to complete the job work. (Attending each leakage spot/ area of the sanitary pipe is considered as one job work for payment purpose)

Water proofing work in Toilet Rooms of existing buildings (from floor one to floor seven level) by adopting following procedure: a) Dismantling existing flooring and filler material from sunken slabs of Bath or WC Rooms without damaging the sanitary pipes and disposing off the debris on the dumping ground within 50 m. lead b) Cleaning the base and wall surfaces perfectly by removing all loose material c) Applying two coats of Damp Proof Coating of Asian Paints/ or Super Coat of LYK Laticrete make or equivalent water proofing coat as per manufacturer's specifications. d) Fixing the existing G.I. spout at the lowest level of the bottom floor to drain all the percolated water. e) Providing grading concrete (1:2:4) or grading mortar (1:3) at the bottom floor and plastering the side walls of sunken floor portion including neat cement punning to all surfaces and making slope towards GI spout pipe to drain off the percolated water. f) Fixing the fixtures such as floor traps, P traps, IWC etc ensuring that no leakage should be there from joints these fixtures and pipes. g) Filling with filler material such as 6 mm aggregate or gravelly sand upto 150 mm below the floor finish level of WC or Bath. h) Laying Cement Concrete of 100 mm thick above filler material such that the top of concrete will be 50 mm below the floor finish level. (Top area of floor finish will be measured for payment purpose. Top surface finish with ceramic tile flooring will be paid seperately)
